By far one of the worst powder gel manicures I have ever gotten. After not even one week, they are starting to chip and lift. One of my nails isn't even filled in properly. It literally has a dip in the middle! The woman who did my nails was so nasty and rushed through doing my nails. I have never felt so uncomfortable especially after I was barely up from my seat and putting my coat on and she was already rushing to get the next customer to sit down in front of her. DO NOT GO HERE ! So I broke my nail at work and needed to find a place that would take me bc it was late and my norm place was closed... so I made the mistake of coming here.. I paid extra for the gel polish so it wouldn’t chip or anything etc and tipped her $10 .. the job was questionable but it was a quick fix on a late Friday night.. my polish has been peeling off like children’s peel off polish since the day after ... I got my nails done last Friday and I work a lot and haven’t gotten the chance to get a fix THANK GOD my guy is open until 8 tonight I need a fix and pedicure by a professional who does a good job and doesn’t rush you no matter what time it is smh Read Less

I've been here many times but today when I went, Rachel helped me. She rushed through my gel manicure because people were waiting and complaining about the wait time. It is inexcusable. There is so much stuff under my nails and it was done very sloppy. Some of my nails aren't even and longer on one side but shorter on the other side of the nail. This is my go to salon! Here's why...They keep the salon clean, disinfect all tools and have the nicest pedicure chairs.Their hours are so accomadating, open early and late 7 days a weeks. They have cutting edge manicure options, from uv gel to gel chrome to powder gel. And they have the largest selection of gel colors on the south shore. Pricing is fair, for only $30 you can get a mint spa pedicure that includes a creamy mint mask and a 10 minute foot massage!!!And they care about their customers, there is a ten trip card, where you get a huge discount on your 11th trip! The fact that this place doesn't even show up on Yelp is a great indication of its shadiness. Don't go. It's cold and impersonal. I spent $60 on a green tea mani/pedi and my fingernails AND toenails are chipping. It's literally been one week. My toenails never, ever chip. A good pedicure can last for weeks and I only need to go because my nails grow out of the pedicure. After one day one of my fingernails started chipping. Big, beautiful, very clean. Was very happy with the service. Not too crazy about Coco, who thinks she's scrubbing pots when she uses callous remover. This salon is really the worst. I don't know why I came back 3 times. They use their products incorrectly. I asked for infinite shine and they used basic top and base coat, which basically defeats the purpose of paying 2 bucks for infinite shine. Then the girl gets angry and rushed the pedicure. I feel bad in one way and good in another , I received a GC to go and have my nails done (Granted when I arrived everything was sweet) Nice ladies nice atmosphere all good .. I even Complemented the treatment I received .. But within 24 hrs my nails started to chip and well I was very disappointed my GC was for 30$ I needed to pay out another 22$ which total was 55$ plus tip costly in my book .. As for me I will not return I will continue to go to where I have been going little out of my way but at least I know my nails will look perfect everytime . Read Less

VERY Rude! They will rush you and demand you "pick color" NOW! Dont want you to touch polish bottles, only swatches. They don't dry the gel long enough. Everything is very rushed and sloppy so they can start cleaning and get out of there. Tip: Don't stay open till 7:30pm if you do not want customers coming in at 6:00-7:00pm. Horrible customer service. They will do a rushed bad job and then expect you to tip them AT LEAST $10 on top of the extremely high prices they already have. Respect and treat your customers nice. Learn politeness. Majority of us are all coming from our stressful job to relax and enjoy the service: treat us right or quit if you don't like your job and cannot be respectful to your customers. I have never ever had a bad experience at the spa when I have had a chip or a nail break off they have always fixed it instantly and nine times out of ten they don't even charge me to fix it the ladies have always been polite kind very professional and very sweet I enjoy my time there it's a wonderful addition to our community Read Less

I visit this salon periodically from time to time since it had opened. I have been pretty satisfied with my pedicures which is all I get. I am a licensed nail technician & makeup artist. I have been in the industry for 25 years & even owned my own nail salon for 10 years. One thing I do not like is t o be rushed during my service. If they could just slow things down a little. Also why doesn't anyone want to put cream on the bottom of your feet? And heels. That's where it is the dryest. Spend too much times rubbing legs which actually hurts sometimes. I LOVE Sparkle 10! The spa is so clean and they use tools that are sealed in bag. The pedi baths are kept clean w disposable liners. They have tons of mani and pedi chairs and a great selection of polishes and colors - opi, essie, gel, long wear etc. My regular mani lasts a solid 10 days. Prices are comparable to other BPBP nail spas, but a bit higher than those in surrounding towns. It's well worth a few dollars more. Read Less

Best nail salon ever and I have tried quite a few. I actually travel over 25 minutes to have my nails done here. The salon is extremely clean and comfortable. My nails have never looked this good. Even my husband loves this salon and goes regularly for a mani pedi. The service is great and the staff is friendly and courteous. My manicures are always meticulous. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. I took my mom for her birthday on Friday 9/11 and the experience was HORRENDOUS! The woman who did my moms had only been working for 2 days which I would never have a problem with, however she was rough, nasty and was irritated that my mom said she was hurting her. She buffed her nail almost down to the nail bed. My manicure was not much better. The woman who worked on me was very nice but easily distracted and kept grabbi...ng the wrong bottles and the nail clipper used was old and dirty looking. When I got in the car and realized how had my moms experience was and demanded my money back they only refunded me $25 of the $75 I spent. I was not happy to say the least, and on top of it all my gel manicure was done on a Friday and was already chipping by Saturday. My nails are paper thin since getting them done and are feel awful.
