It was my first time there and I was very unhappy. The lady who did my nails did not take her time and the results was bad. I thought she would have done a better job on my hands so I decided to do it too but nope. I didn’t want to make no seen so I left once she finish. It look like i did it myself. Which I wish I did cause I’d do a better job on my feet for sure. I would not go back there again. The owner is very nice thought. I think his the owner. Good work depends on who you get tbqh. Usually decent manicures but occasionally the incredibly thick globbed on acrylic or super chunky square nail with no filing (probably if you end up with someone in training).The used files & weird smell by the waxing room is the shadiest tho. This review is for the waiting time, i didnt wait to get my nails done because i was waiting for an hour and half and it would have been another hour or so wait. Okay so I understand that walk-ins have waiting period. But everytime someone with appointment walk in, they took them over me and I was pushed back again and again. I completely understand and relate to the fact that people make appointments so that they don't have to wait, but they came in at 1:45 for their 2 o'clock appointment and they are being seen at 1:45 And pushed me back after them and it just kept happening. At least wait till their appointment time at 2. So I said frick it and left. I couldn't keep on smelling the fumes as I am pregnant. So if you want to go to this place, you better make an appointment or else they will be pushing you back for the appointments no matter if you have been there hours ahead that person. I do not know about the actual painting the nails and service part so I can't comment on it. But expect for the owner Ben/Bang to give you attitude if you plan to ask for particular artist to do your nails or ask for the waiting time for walk-in. Read Less

Finally found my go-to acrylics place in Binghamton! Other places don't even compare. This is probably the closest thing to a city nail salon at Binghamton - reasonably priced and my acrylics came out thin and natural looking. I just got a manicure for the first time in my life and I am SO glad we chose 4ever nails! Ben greeted us warmly as soon as we stepped in, seemed to realize we were new and very patiently told us what to do. The technician I got was Diane (I really hope I got the name right! ) and she did a fantastic job. She was very friendly. I absolutely love it here and will definitely be coming back sometime! Feel truly pampered at a reasonable price. A place that's always busy, but still somehow always has times for my walk ins. The regular pedicure gives the same treatment as the spa pedicure in most other spas. Read Less

My fiancé has gone here 3 times now. The first two times we were helped within 20 mins after putting our name down (walk in). They did an excellent job all around. Our third time was not so good. We came as a walk in again and have been here for almost two hours. When they finally were able to take her they realized someone else had an appointment. They sat my fiancé down anyway and she has had aceton on her nails for 20 + mins with no attendance because they went to help the other appointment. I understand a busy business but this place is running itself way to thin. When offered to sit down either stay with your client or at least keep an open eye if you have to do other things. If you want to go here make sure you make an appointment. If you're going to walk in do not except the same service you would get otherwise. Read Less

The salon is a little far from where I live but I would definitely go there for all my manicures and pedicures. They didn't excellent job they were very friendly they remembered my name. Ben did my nails and he did a lovely job. My friend got a pedicure her and she had lovely toenails. She's a regular and I'm going to become a regular! PS I don't know about anybody else but when everyone around you speaking another language it can be disconcerting and impolite. Here they only speak English. Read Less

I wanted to use the atm ( so I could pay for my nails) they said customers only. Well hello? That's why I'm here....DUH!!!! It was busy so I wanted to make an appointment and still couldn't use the atm. Number 1 I'll take my business else where . # 2 not a good way to get new customers and keep them. I went to get my nails and toes done for prom and they did a fantastic job! The staff was very friendly. I went with a group and they tried their best to keep us together. My friend had the guy who i think was the owner to do her nails. She said he kept stopping while doing her nails so he could talk to co-workers and his client before her walked out without paying. Best nail salon!!! I have lived in big cities and this is by far the best place I've ever been to. The pedicures are amazing- longest leg and foot massage I have ever received with a pedi. The place is super clean and the staff is friendly. The owner makes you feel very important and always thanks you for your business. I went to Naturally Nails before here and thought that that place was decent until I found out 4ever nails is way better.First off, the price is about 50% cheaper at 4ever nails for the same exact job, if not a BETTER job.The only thing I received differently at Naturally Nails (near the mall) was that they gave me a massage while I was waiting for my UV nails to dry. I didn't really need that though. I do wish 4ever nails applied cuticle oil like Naturally Nails did, but for the price I wasn't mad.Secondly, they have design samples that Naturally Nails lacked. They let you modify the designs with colors you want and are very friendly.Third, the owner Ben remembers your name and is very talkative. Sometimes you feel like a language barrier creates a bit of a silent room but in this place, it's all laughs and smiles. Not in a bad way either, you know, not some overly nice attitude to cover up something else. Bottom line, great customer service.Fourth, they just do good work. Naturally Nails didn't file my nails properly or do under the nail. This caused build up of food and grime that 4ever cleaned out.Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone.
