They’re always talking so loud and laughing probably talking about the customers. They are under new management!! The one before was horrible. I went today for a SNS French manicure and regular pedicure. Great prices too! A total 180 than before!!!! Very clean. Came in for a pedicure and won't be back. They were not very welcoming. They looked at me and I said pedicure and was told to pick a color. Not even a hello. When they pointed out chair I sat down and there were nails in tub and was dirty. I told the girl to clean it. She put water in and swooshed around with sponge. I should have just got up and left. She didn't put anything in water like other places. She rushed through it I was done in 15 minutes. As I sit and dry she called over next person and didn't wash tub out for them. Floors don't look like they have been vacuumed in a few days. I am not one to give reviews but just had to on this one!! Don't go here. I hope I don't get athletes foot!!!! You get what you pay for, that's true. I paid $14 for a pedi and got a $14 pedi. The dryers don't work (the lady insisted they did) and after sitting for 20 minutes my toe nails were still tacky. This chain used to have a great reputation. This particular location, however, is old and run down looking. Tools came directly out of a storage spot rather than from an autoclave. Went here on a Tuesday because my regular nail place was closed and needed to get a mani-pedi. The pedicure was okay but I was cut multiple times with the cuticle remover. I normally do my own gel manicures but decided to get one here since I needed to last until the weekend. It barely made it that far. It started to bubble and peel the very next day and that was besides getting cut and bleeding on my cuticles again. This place is a bit run down and they definitely do not do nails well. I just wanted to thank Anna who was so wonderful!!I got a pedicure that I wasn't planning on but was so happy I did!! Pedicure came out beautiful!!! I originally went in for an eye brow wax and I sware I loved how they came out!! I very picky about my waxes and Anna did a fantastic job. Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. My technician was named Michelle, and after this encounter I will never return. My pedicure was less than average and polish was all over my toes, but the gel manicure sealed my decision to not return and to write a review. First, the table was not plugged in and Michelle didn't 'like' the color I chose? I explained it looked 'off' because i...t mixed with the clear base coat and it hasn't cured because the lights were not on- she argued with me and finally proceeded - then she began complaining about me in another language as if I couldn't understand the repeated word color and see the eye rolling along with coworkers coming over to look?? Did I mention she got up during my manicure and left to wax someone without even the courtesy to ask or let me know where she was disappearing to? She was sloppy and some of my fingertips are stuck to the nails and the tip of the nail was globbed with polish which looks like a 2 year old performed my manicure. First of all, there were warning signs. Saturday afternoon: the place is empty. I got a gel manicure after choosing from the maybe 6 colors they had, never even heard of the brand! Cheap stuff because the color peeled off the next day. My nails weren't even, I had to file them myself. The woman who did them acted like I was a huge inconvenience for coming in there to spend my money. I was impressed with the price at first, only $20 for a gel manicure?! (Sign #2). Manager was rude, spoke to me in a demeaning manner in front of my children all because her workers didn't show up for the day. They claim to take walk ins, but once the appointments arrive, they skip steps just to move to them. I will never go back and told all of my friends about this place. What she didn't know was that I am a physician and work for a few of the large hospitals in the area. we went in to get mani/pedi's for a girls day out .. the Pedicure, foot soak and leg massage were wonderful. When it came to getting my nails done, it was awful. I needed a gel fill in and the person LINDA didn't understand what i requested no matter how many times i said it. I went in with a groupon coupon for gel manicure. I knew what it was and what i was asking for. Instead she barely shaped the nails and placed them under the UV with straight nail polish... my nails look horrible and then she started a an argument with me. wont go there again lust because of her.
