Went here on a Friday afternoon, a few of us had to wait quite a while at different times because there were only 2 employees working. It was pretty cold in there as well especially if you have to take your socks and shoes off and roll up your pant legs for a pedicure. The pedicure..was. so. painful. They scrub too hard in all the wrong areas! Pedicures should not be painful! Also, the man there can not do french tip designs by hand to save his life. When I went to pay, all I had was a credit card and there machine wasn't working so they asked me to go get cash out.. Of course I felt weird about leaving and coming back but I had to go down to the Family Dollar and buy something to get $50 cash back just to go give him the $30 I owed him and nothing more. I had a pretty good time there today until I got home... I showed my mom my nails and it looks like they are "peeling away from my finger" they aren't in the normal upwards direction nails usually are. They kind of look foolish.... I loved the environment and the people so I'm not going to say it was horrible but I'm hoping when I come back in to show them (which will be soon) hopefully they'll fix it. Read Less

My nails are jacked. Went there with my sister today, my nails are crooked and are pointed outwards...By the time I went to get them dried, my nailpolish was chipped, not all my nail is covered on some... Overall, not impressed. Especially after paying $30. Read Less
