In town for business and looked for a place to get a pedicure. Seems most reviews from the Syracuse area were poor, so I came up here. Glad I did! Had the hot stone pedicure with Tina and she did a great job! Always hesitant when I’m traveling, but I felt comfortable and not rushed. Took about 45 min. Will come back next time I’m on the area. Love this place. Recommend to all friends and family. Don't get to treat myaelf often but I only go here when I do. They take there time while you relax and give you beautiful nails. Very reasonable prices.Always walk out with the best looking manis and pedis. Lasts long and I get so many compliments everytime!

I agree with Laura....they talk behind your back and even make fun of you....went there for a while and then finally stopped...as it was not a pleasant experience. I get nails done to relax both physically and mentally - and you can't do that here.

I did not have a good experience with a gel powder manicure here. The color did not match the sample at all and it looked all bubbled on every nail.

They do a mediocre job at best and they are rude. They talk about you behind your back in thier native tongue and it's obvious they are not being nice, then they fake smile and say "thank you". It took an hour to fix what they did to my daughter"s nails. We will never go there again

I've been getting full legs and Brazilian waxing for close to five years now and this is the most affordable place I have ever found. Not only does it have the best price but Lori is quick, pleasant and thorough. Often I have felt that I had to compromise quality for efficiency but she does both and does them well. I would recommend this place for anyone who waxes regularly. I like it so much I'm thinking of getting my hair done here too and am now a repeat monthly customer for waxing.

I love Wax & Beauty Bar!!! the location is close to downtown with accessible parking!! Denise and her team are so friendly and welcoming. I love the green approach that the studio uses and felt like everything was clean and well maintained. If you haven't been yet, Go! The staff is great and professional. And I think supporting women entrepreneurs is supper awesome! So check out the wax and beauty bar!

Both ladies are nothing but professional. I have never had such a painless wax experience and I even received good tips for skin care afterwards. I would never go anywhere else!

I've been getting full legs and Brazilian waxing for close to five years now and this is the most affordable place I have ever found. Not only does it have the best price but Lori is quick, pleasant and thorough. Often I have felt that I had to compromise quality for efficiency but she does both and does them well.
