A group of 7 of us went here last week for a bachelorette party for my daughter. We all got pedicures and and my daughter got a full set of gel nails. The pedicure was awesome but they charged $65 a little pricey but the full set of gel nails were extremely expensive! They charged $95 And the worst part is they starting coming off the next day. Disappointed. Expected smoother feet. Visiting family in Baldwinsville. Needed pedicure. Read online reviews. Chose this nail salon. Called ahead to book appointment based on customer recommendations. Took daughter along for pedi. We were seated within 5 min of arrival although salon busy & customers waiting..... I get pedicures at home on regular basis and the basic pedicure includes trimming nails, cuticles, softening & removing calluses, exfoliating scrub, foot & leg massage w/ lotion, & polish. Pedicure is slightly cheaper (at home). ….Here callus removal $10 extra above basic pedi fee. He put gel callus remover on my feet & covered in plastic wrap & let them soak a few minutes. As my polish was drying I felt my heels which were very rough. My feet felt rough like concrete because the nail tech scraped my calluses with a metal “grater” type of tool but never filed or sanded smooth. I asked for lotion which tech applied.When I got home I still had to use an emery board to smooth my very rough feet. My daughter remarked her feet were grated for calluses & felt rough as well..... He did give a quick leg (calf) massage, used a hot towel wrap & then cooling mist.... He seemed rushed. Barely massaged my feet or legs. Facial expression looked as he really disliked working on my calluses. If it’s that distasteful maybe he should find a new job.... One feature that is different is while sitting at drying station, tech came over & gave warm shoulder massage...again, seemed rushed & was kind of odd it seemed as if a hot towel was in a white plastic kitchen garbage bag I guess for sanitation reasons. Felt odd having back rubbed with crackling plastic bag. My feet looked better but rough. I felt rushed & not relaxed….I really liked the selection of relaxing music played at the nail salon. Your better off having a appointment to go there for any service or else you wait atleast a half our or so. The salon is very clean and nice. The gel nails bubbled and did not stay on. I only get spa pedicures done now with them. I go else where for my fills and manicures.Read Less

I've been in here several times and always have great service with the pedicures. Excellent eye brow waxing. And the massages while waiting for my nails to dry are so relaxing!!! It all keeps me coming back! Read Less
