Clean salon, they accept credit/debit cards, and have recently installed an ATM. The nail polish/gel colors are hit or miss. Definitely diluted in alot of their selections, but if you happen to catch a new bottle work is great. Fair in price. Read Less

I've been looking for a nail salon to "call home" and I've definitely found it here! I feel terrible for not getting her name but my technician did a superb job! I'm very particular about my nails and was speechless that she executed exactly what I wanted without me even saying a word. Even as she had a video playing on her phone, that she was half watching, I didn't even mind because she was slaying my nails at the same time! And its walking distance from home!? This was one of the first Nail salons that i finally told myself i would give it a try .. far from 5th Avenue but a bit more affordable . Only go to the first two that are seated they are the best . Gave it a three because it's not the best in decor and i really Love a good decor setting especially if I'm trying to pamper myself and to pretend I'm in some sort of a spa. I stopped in to try gel manicure for the first time and I was expecting it not to come out as great because this isn't my normal go to spot. The lady who did my pedicure took off way too much of my cuticles and nipped at my pinky toe I barely have a nail on there so of course it was going to start bleeding. She did my nails it was alright but she left a space on all my nails it looked like I needed a fill in. After a day or two my fingers got sore bc she took off too much of my cuticles on some of my fingers and they turned red in the corners. Maybe she was rushing ? Not sure but she should of noticed the spacing of the gel she missed some how it's too late now it already dried so I wasn't going to make a huge fuss about it. Next time if I do plan to go there I hope the next person puts more passion into doing my nails since I am paying money for this. Read Less

I have tried a lot of nail salons in town, and this is by far my favorite. They always do my nails exactly how I want them, and if they are unsure of what I'm asking, they ask me to show them a picture.  I would 100% recommend to everyone. Read Less

Honesty is NOT their best policy.I came in for a fill-in for the SNS nail system I previously  got on my nails while on vacation. The technician told me its best to get a new set. I agreed. He then proceeded to say the previois salon used the cheap stuff on my nails because it should not take this long to come off (most take 15 minutes of soaking, he soaked for about 5).He even explained that the other salons use SNS powder but not the full system. He said "we us 100% SNS." I figured I was in good hands until he pulled out SNS powder but was using, yes you guessed it "the cheap stuff." SNS nail system comes with its own base coat, bond, top coat. The only portion of the system he intended to use and in fact began to place on my nails was the powder! I stopped him and asked about the poster with pictured items and he kept insisting the ANC bond is the same as SNS system. The manager came over to insist the same. I finally said enough is enough and stood up for myself and left. No good for a business to try and manipulate their customers into thinking something they can simply Google the answers too...besides I can read and know clearly it's not the same product. Every time I come to this salon there's a problem. Last fill in I got, the lady cut every single cuticle on both of my hands. I asked for chrome and got something that resembles silver glitter, nothing like chrome. There's always a 30+ minute wait time. I wish I could give them zero stars. Read Less

I show up for my appointment and they double booked. They said I had to wait, so even though I was angry, I waited. After an hour they tell me I have to wait again for him to finish another client that he hadn't started, at that point I went to the owner and he told me to talk to the nail tech! They... went back and forth in their native language and from there I decided to leave. After being told that they sometimes double book the techs by accident. and then nothing being done to even come close to rectifying the situation, I realized they don't care about me or my business and decided to leave. I come here for my pedicures and eyebrows only. This is the only place I know of that has a plastic covering for the tub of the pedicure chair. It's like a shower cap....It's wonderful! I'm the person that would ask the nail tech to clean the tub in front of me before I put my feet in. Now I don't have to get an eye-roll or them telling me it's already clean/they just cleaned it. Every salon should have the shower cap! Lynn is on point! She's always fast, friendly, and efficient. Make an appointment with her in advance because she is always booked. Linda is my second choice for my pedicures. She's very good and friendly as well. Both of the ladies are very good with my eyebrows but Linda won the eyebrow match. Regular pedicures are $17 & Eyebrows are $5. I get powder gel manicures and New Look Salon charges $15 more than my usual place and I love my nail tech there so I will be sticking to eyebrows & pedicures only. I did try the powder gel here once by Linda and I did like it....they took much longer than my other place....Felt like she was a beginner at it....but it was nice and they had more colors to choose from. It's just $15 more for no reason.They also have a great variety of regular nail polish colors to choose from. I like to match but since I get my manicures elsewhere, I'll settle if it's close. Kevin did a great job on my nails. I was happy that he put so much care and effort in when I was a late walk in on Wednesday. I wanted a simple mani/pedi. The color was awesome. I received a lot of complaints on it. What I noticed a lot of the colors were old so they add  nail polish remover. I've seen other salons do the same trick and I dislike it. I believe it makes your nail color chip faster.  Would I go back yes only it Kevin's there and I bring my own nail polish. Give it a try. Read Less

So this is the first time I have gotten my nails done since I was like 10 and I decided to reward myself for personal reasons and I've been going back and forth with who I should go and this place was great! I had called and asked my questions he answered them all said it would be 38, I said oh okay. Can I make an appt? He said no just walk it it's fine. I was shocked. I walked in made sure it was the same price as told on the phone and it was. Asked me to sit a minute the girl just went to the bathroom.. No problem.. Super nice, super friendly. I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done! I can honestly say that every time I go, I get the same outstanding service time after time. I love the fact that they take the time to actually care for your nails rather than rushing to get the next client in the chair. I moved out of the area and I have yet to find another affordably priced salon that gets the job done. Definitely worth 5 stars in my book. Read Less
