I just left this salon and I am mortified. It was the most painful manicure I have ever had left after ten minutes. The girl did not know how to remove the gel that was on my nails. After a brutal scrapping, She then filed my nails down to my skin. Not the top of my nails. the center of my nails. Three of my nails are raw and cracked down the center. if I could give no stars, I would. Today was hot and the salon was uncomfortable. The customers and manicurists were sweating and they did not turn on the AC. The same brush the girl used to "clean" my nails, was used to clean the table top of her work station. The owner was kind, but her staff is not experienced and absolutely needs more training. I don't know how this place is still open. Read Less

An amazing find!! I live only a few blocks away and pass this place often but never really gave it much thought. I had another nail salon I was loyal to but last week I was walking by and decided to give it a try. I've been missing out on such an amazing experience!!!! It's such a clean and well designed place first of all. On top of that the staff are so friendly and seem to have a great dynamic amongst themselves. There's SO many colors to choose from with their gels. Early Mother's Day gift to my mum. Lady doing my mums nails was rude and very rough. Lady doing my nails ended up cutting me and filing some of my nails wonky. Was quoted a price before hand and also checked pricing on pamphlet, then was sneakily charged extra when paying. Lady using eftpos machine had no idea how to use it and took close to 15 minutes to pay (also lent in and watched whilst putting in pin, to me that was just a tad rude and unprofessional).
