Kevin does a great job. It's a pleasant enough place, just wish there was LESS chatter in their native language. It's intimidating when you think (& sometimes KNOW) that they are talking about you. ...
Kevin does a great job. It's a pleasant enough place, just wish there was LESS chatter in their native language. It's intimidating when you think (& sometimes KNOW) that they are talking about you. Very rude !! I gave less of a tip because of that. Communication IS a problem !!

I am a customer of 4 years now and every visit reminds me of why they are the best nail salon around! Everyone is so welcoming. Every worker defines "diligent." It does not matter what you want done because they do everything! Do not be worried about pricing because it is very reasonable and worth every penny. Whatever you spend will be worth it because you are going to be pleased with the outcome. It is time for you all to have GREAT service in your lives, so make sure to visit Nu Nails & Spa in Dewitt.

I would advise no one to come here. I came in tonight was told it was going to be 10 minutes. Sat there for 15 and asked if I could just make an appointment for tomorrow and was told "no no almost don...
I would advise no one to come here. I came in tonight was told it was going to be 10 minutes. Sat there for 15 and asked if I could just make an appointment for tomorrow and was told "no no almost done" so I said "well I need to pick my daughter up at 630 how long is my fill going to take"..I get told 30 minutes. Like ok cool. I sit down in the chair and they tell me they don't have time to do my nails after waiting 40 minutes! They've just lost 3 customers. I hope this salon is happy. I'll be making my way to EastWood to Lily's Nails where everyone should go.

I drive 40 minutes each way from my home and pass a dozen other nail salons to come here... have for the last 14 years!! I get acrylic nails with gel polish.. They last for 3 weeks and never break, lift, or chip!! Pedicures are awesome... Receive many compliments on my toes... It's the ONLY place I would recommend in CNY!! :)
