The lady was disrespectful! And told me that my nails where more than 25 dollars when on the phone I got told in 25. Don't go there

I've been going to this nail Solon since I moved to Auburn 13 years ago. The staff is very polite and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Sometimes the wait is long (most good ones are) depends on the day and time, and reasonably priced.I typically make an appointment, as you usually get right in or wait maybe 5-10 minutes tops. I've never had a bad experience at this facility and would highly recommend if you're looking for a change or in a pinch for a fix if not from the area.

A friend and I went together. It was the first time either of us had been there. When we walked in we were both looking for pedicures and she was getting a manicure, I was getting a full set of acrylics. They told us if we got a gel combo it would be $52 for hers and $62 for mine. We agreed and they gave us gel colors to choose from. They charged us both $10 more than we were initially quoted. We both got home and still had dry skin on our feet. My full set of acrylics are the worst set I have ever had in my life. My nail are all different lengths and they are all misshaped and lumpy bumpy. Overall NOT a great experience.

Service was horrible. Pedicure was too expensive and took an hour and a half to do. My pant chipped within six hours and I had a young person doing them that didn't know what he was doing half the time. I booked my appointment and when I came in, they were all full. I wish I could rate zero.

If i could do zero stars i would. I hated my experience. Ive never wrote a review before for anywhere but i truly dont want anyone to deal with this place while trying to relax and unwind. When I called to get pricing they told me one price then jacked it up when I got there. The salon is way to hot and the service is terrible. I will never step foot here again. Worst " relaxing " experience of my life.
