I was disappointed with the pedicure I recieved, I've had many experiences getting my feet done and this one felt too basic, incomplete and not at all satisying, he barely spent any time and then stood over me after giving me my change at the dryer waiting for a tip. However.... Jason did my daughters and he was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to make sure she had a great experience. I was very grateful for his kindness to us both! Hands down my favorite nail salon in all of Auburn/surrounding area. The place itself is bright and airy, everything's brand new and beautiful looking too. I brought my out of town guest in and we both had the basic $25 pedicure. I paid an additional $5 for white tips which is standard. This was one of the best basic pedicures I've ever had. I still got a sugar scrub and massage on my legs while sitting in the brand new, wonderful massage chair. Then while I was sitting to let my polish dry, I got a quick minute massage of my shoulders. When in today to get a $35 gel nail fill because I get my own Nails coated and one my nails was broken they wanted to charge me $55 for something that I've gotten and have proof of for $35 this all happened within less than 5 minutes very disappointed Read Less

Very clean but basic pedicure left much to be desired. Paid $25 to have my toes painted and my neck rubbed while my toes dried. It took all of 15 minutes. I have very bad heel calluses and he didn't even touch them, no scrub, no exfoliating of any kind, and no razor, which my feet needed badly. I guess if you want the full treatment you have to get the spa pedicure. Going back to my regular place where I only pay $28 for the full treatment and my feet are good for a month! Read Less

The salon is big and clean. The chairs are all very nice. My friend and I were walk-in pedicures. There was no wait, which was nice. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because it was the SHORTEST pedicure I've ever had. We just as soon say down and my friend was already getting polish. It was less than 15 minutes. I would have been the quick too, but the guy doing my pedi cut my big toenail about halfway down and had to have another guy cone over and repair it. Luckily I don't have much feeling in my toes, so it didn't hurt. All in all I wasn't very impressed. Definitely not for $25 ($30 with tip). Will not be returning. Read Less

I had a mani/spa pedi just 1 week ago. They used gel polish on my fingernails. 1 week later and both toes and fingers are all chipped. This morning the "gel" polish actually peeled right off of one finger. I will be returning to my prior salon from now on. I pay less there and they do quality work. Your service was excellent, Jessica treated me with nothing but respect and kindness and she spent two hours making sure that my nails were absolutely perfect, then followed by a back massage?! Best pedicure of my life! Salon is brand new and the chairs are amazing.  Opted for a spa pedicure with gel polish, $49 out the door with their 30% off special.  Fantastic selection of colors to choose from.  Spa pedicure includes callous treatment,  awesome leg and foot massage,  heated neck wrap and more.  I swear my guy put 10 coats of polish on, too. I was feeling totally relaxed and pampered.... then he walked me over to the dry bar and gave me a warm towel neck and shoulder massage. Environment is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. I had a pedicure and gel manicure but was not satisfied with the services themselves. Did not use any product other than the polish on either service. Pushing cuticles back and clipping them when they are already dry and cracked doesn't feel good. The price for a gel manicure is $35.00 and they literally don't use anything but the gel polish. Won't be going back, didn't receive the services I prefer when getting a pedi/mani. Read Less

Great new equipment, very clean and sanitary. I always get a gel mani and normal polish on my toes, and they had plenty of matching OPI options - love that! Best foot massage I've ever gotten. They massage you while you dry. Highly recommend the spa pedicure. Overall great experience, will definitely be back!!! Read Less
