I heard about this place from a friend and decided to make the trip. Only had to wait a minute. The girls try their best to make chit chat. They did an amazing job on my full set! ! Nail tools are sterilized and comes in sealed packages. I had a good experience. You've got to come here it's Awesome!

Came in for my first visit after a friends recommendation. Perfect! The staff are very friendly and fast. They took care of me, and they sure know what they are doing! They have many positive aspects of their shop. It was the best decision I had made. Never going anywhere else.

I would highly recommend this place for dip powder nails! They have the biggest color selection I’ve seen at any nail salon, and did the best job on the dip powder nail than I’ve ever had, and I’ve gotten them 6 other times at two other salons. I would become a devout customer if only I lived here! I was in Auburn on vacation and one of my dip powder nails started lifting because I hit my hand on something. I frantically called places near me and they told me to just walk in and they would fix it. We were able to find a color that perfectly matched the color I already had and redid the nail in about 10 minutes. More than that, they did a perfect job - way better than the rest of my nails. And then they insisted on not even charging me! I tipped the manicurist anyway and will plan on coming here the next time I’m visiting! Anyone who lives near this salon and wants dip powder nails would be crazy to not go here. I’m so jealous as I continue my search to find a place as good as this one where I live!

I'm not sure if this is the same gel nail everyone below is talking about, but I am currently sitting getting a pedi and it's probably the best pedicure ever! It's very clean in here and the nail tech is awesome!! So happy I stopped on my way home from work. I will definitely be stopping here more when on my way home to rochester!

AWFUL!!!! Waited an hour and ten minutes before I was finally able to start my nails. I was told " 2 minutes" multiple times with each wait being at least 15 minutes. People were taken care of before ...
AWFUL!!!! Waited an hour and ten minutes before I was finally able to start my nails. I was told " 2 minutes" multiple times with each wait being at least 15 minutes. People were taken care of before me that had entered the salon at least 20 minutes after me. I was clearly upset and stressed, when I was jokingly asked why I was upset I explained my graduation party was in one hour and I was late, he walked away laughing at me. Then when I told him what I wanted on my nails he laughed and said "don't be late".

I've always gone here for my manicures and pedicures and I've loved them but now that they've switched owners the quality has gone down. Yes, they do offer more different types of pedicures and manicures that included lavender scented wax and a lot of other luxuries but today when I went in for a pedicure, the lady rushed because a co-worker came in with food it was like a switch went off and I was no longer the priority at hand, her food was. I wasn't even asked if I wanted a design, not that I really wanted one but it's polite to ask the customer. I didn't even see the lady after she sat me at the table for my nails to dry, i guessed when my nails were done and was given a dirty look when i didn't leave that much of a tip because of poor service.It's been two hours and both mine and my sisters nails have already chipped and were clearly not painted evenly.

This place is awful. I just currently went into this location last Wednesday and got a pedicure and manicure gel polish done. First of all they charge you $15 extra for gel on top of the normal pricing and they don't tell you. I didn't even ask for Gel they just did it. I was there over two hours because I would wait for them to do other things in the shop and ended up paying $75 for a mani and pedi. It's no one week later and my "gel" polish is peeling off and chipped. Horrible experience will never go back

Never go here.I went here as part of a bridal party. I said "Ow" more than once during both the manicure and pedicure because my technician was cutting too much skin. Both times, she laughed and continued cutting. I left with a bleeding finger because she cut me, after I said Ow, before she continued snipping away skin in the same location. I was IN a wedding the next day.The same technician also severely rounded my toenails - isn't that a no-no in Pedicure 101? I can't wait for the ingrowth.Conclusion: I paid $35 and left bleeding.

I would highly recommend this place for dip powder nails! They have the biggest color selection I’ve seen at any nail salon, and did the best job on the dip powder nail than I’ve ever had, and I’ve gotten them 6 other times at two other salons.
