Every other time i go the person I had would rush and them my nails would start breaking and the last time i went my nails started breaking 2 days after I gotten them done I tried talking to the manager to work something out so I can get it fixed but he was rude and fighting me about it and the other lady manger was never so nice to me I even called one time to set an appt and she told me to hold on I was on for 10 mins and she forgot about me and hung up on me. I was NOT happy with the service I received here. I was literally rushed to a chair without being given a chance to even pick a color. The girl was extremely rough on my arthritic fingers, twisting and squeezing without mercy even after I asked nicely for her to be careful. You could tell she was hungry, tired, and probably had her fill of endless work. I literally felt guilty being there. They never stand by appointment times, they do not stand behind the work they do, had a nail lift less then 12 hours after getting them done was told.it was my problem 10 dollar repair. Nope they are not worth the over priced atmosphere, go somewhere else!! Read Less

My mother and I came her for a regular mani-pedi with polish. The service was okay. My biggest complaint is that the polish was still not dry 4 hours after getting it done (true for the both of us) so if we touched anything it would leave a mark or peel up some of the polish. I'm not sure if this is due to the type of polish used or because they put on four coats (including top coat) without allowing enough dry time inbetween. Read Less

My nieces had come here to get their nails done for their 12th birthday. Two days later, one of them had broken a nail, and the other didn't like her color. So I offered to take them back, and to get myself a set as well. I got the ANC set, which is the organic powders. First, this was the least friendly atmosphere I've ever encountered in a nail salon! The guy doing my nails didn't even smile to say hello when I say down. At the end, he told me 5 minutes to dry, I said ok and assumed I was supposed to put them in front of the little fan like he had me doing the whole time. He then yelled at me for ruining them and took the fan away. Kind of weird. He did a good job on them, though. My biggest complaint is that within a week, two do the nails were coming up off my nail. When we went to leave, the woman who helped one of my nieces was telling her she only tipped her $2 and wanted more. First- I find that incredibly rude. You get the tip that person feels you deserve, not what you expect no matter what. But being that my niece is 12, I told her to add $2-3 to her tip. As soon as we got outside, however, my niece showed me 2 pretty big nicks this woman gave her! She cut into her skin twice, and didn't acknowledge or apologize when my niece jumped in pain. I couldn't believe this woman had the nerve to ask for a higher tip after that! There are a few other places around Amsterdam I will be sure to check out before ever considering going back here. Amazing!!!! I went for my first pedicure of sandel season and the guy who did my pedicure did an amazing job. I was definitely impressed with the job he did and how friendly and fast the service was. I will be going there everytime from now on. Read Less
