I came in here the other day to get my first set of acrylics ever and i have to say ive never been more disgusted. They were lumpy mountains and not to mention i got a heart design and the heart was messed up and smudged . Very rushed and just horrible. Highly overpriced for the quality and attention you receive. Very unprofessional atmosphere with the staff lounging around in the pedicure chairs while waiting for customers to come in rather than organizing and straightening up a unkempt salon. Would not go there again. Read Less

OMG.. I went in here because I was desperate. I have a party tonight and my salon was booked. I am so afraid that I am going to come down with some kind of infection. Hopefully I am wrong as soon as I got home I soaked my hands in peroxide then covered them with neosporin. The fact that I was the only customer should have gave me a clue. The place is so dirty the floor is filthy the tables counters and chairs are dirty. The technician did not use new files or clean nippers she took them out of a little plastic container full of dirt and Nail pieces!! My cuticle on my baby finger was bleeding a little bit, not very comforting. I know, I know why did I stay in there like I said I was desperate.  Nothing against the girl she seems like a nice girl it was just a dirty place! Read Less

This place is a joke. I went here for a quick fill around the holidays, and the girl who did my nails was very sweet but didn't speak much English- fine with me. She actually did a really good job, too. Where the one star comes in is from the rude, obnoxious, WAY out of line chick who is the manager....or so she said. I paid with my credit card, added on my tip, and wasn't given a receipt. When I asked for one, they gave me a copy of the initial charge slip where you write the tip on...not a final charge of my closed out card. I expressed that I wanted a FINAL receipt, and was not comfortable leaving my card open like that- any tip could be added on after I left, and I deserve to have my card run and closed out before leaving. This piece of work started yelling at me, saying no one has ever had a problem before, and I should've paid cash if I didn't like it. I told her in no uncertain terms that her behavior was unacceptable, and reminded her that I am a CUSTOMER and wouldn't accept being spoken to that way. I said I wanted to speak to the owner- she said, and I quote, "Too bad, lady- he live in Florida so it not gonna happen." She was an uneducated, miserable, trashy excuse for a woman who sat in a pedi chair with her shoes off while I was the only client in the salon....I wonder why it was so empty?
