I really am not a fan of this place, the lady rushed the session and didn't even do a good job. I came here to get my nails done for my birthday cause u know, ya girl tryna look fly asf... BUT I walked out unsatisfied and mad. The place was empty when I got there so there was no wait, I was happy about that. But the lady that did my nail did not do a good job, she didn't even push my cuticles or cut it or anything she literally went straight to glueing the acrylics on. After telling her multiple times that I thought the acrylics were still too thick.. cause they were she would just adjust 1 nail when I told her to do 3. She even got the glue stuck on my finger .. like wtf ?! After they buff the nails down they usually put some clear polish on top but this lady literally tossed the clear polish all over my fingers like wtf are u doing ? I had clear polish running down my fingers yall .. smh so unprofessional. I tipped her $2 and that was me being generous smh and she talked about me in viet-- they said something along the lines of "there's a school nearby she's probably from the school" but like so what if I am ? If u did my nails good I would've tipped u well but cause u did a half ass shitty job, I was still generous enough to leave u a tip! You're welcome. I don't think I'd ever go here again unless the owner was the one doing my nails. They do the basics very well and some ladies work very quickly. There can be a wait sometimes but there's plenty to do in the immediate area if you have a long wait. They also don't do gems and other types of nail art but they do the hand painted designs that cost alil extra but look nice. They give nice pedicures and clean the tub afterwards. I love getting my eyebrows waxed here too it never hurts and normally I shed a tear just from the pain but not with them. Read Less

I came here for the first time today for a fill, only $16! A friend of mine told me they were really good and pretty popular. For a Thursday evening they were a bit busy but I only waited about 15 minutes. Everyone here was really nice. My polish application is literally flawless and I could not be happier. I'll NEVER go back here. Had a reservation and still had to wait for a pedicure chair. The woman who did my mom's pedicure took an hour and a half so she didn't even get a manicure. They just don't know how to time management or have the right amount of people working. I was in the middle of getting a manicure and the girl just stopped to do another customers manicure. I felt this was unprofessional since we had already waited long enough to sit down and have the pedi started. They also did a bad paint job. I haven't been back since and won't ever go back. This is located in the tops plaza across UB South so yes, it is always packed. Expect to wait at all times even at 10:30 in the morning. The workers do not talk. They do not try to have conversations with you so I like that. Haha. It is not aesthetically pleasing inside but the prices are rather cheap compared to some of the places located in Amherst. Waxing starts at $7 for eyebrows or lips. They do shave the remaining hairs after the wax. So be warned! A full set is $25. Removal is $5 and so on ... P.S.
