I got my nails done here gel and I had a good tech. She was very good at making sure they were perfect and not just rushing through the whole thing. I think that some of the other techs have a little bit of tude but she was awesome she was an older lady. You could tell that she cared. Read Less

I work here in Albany sometimes and needed a manicure badly. Co worker told me to try Nail Art so I did. LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. I was seated with in 10 mins. Mary was very nice and warm. Went in for gel/Shellac but tried something new. She introduced me to ANC nails. I'm hooked! They look fantastic. I love them in there but everytime I go in for a fill I get charged a different price....I got charged $36 last week for a fill because of the shape and length of my real nails....1st off you don't have the list pricing of charging extra for length of nails and shape....since when do you charge of the shape of someone's REAL nails....$36 when a fill is $16 bucks.....I was very upset....the person that usually does my nails wasn't there that day. I don't remember the name of the nail tech that did my nails (she is young and busty), but she did a great job. I got a regular manicure and pedicure ($36). I really liked the massage chairs and the hand massage, and I wasn't in the salon too long. The salon itself was very clean and they have a lot of colors to choose from. I didn't see that they had Weekly Polish until the manicure started, but the nail tech said the OPI polish would last all weekend. It's been 7 days and the polish is just starting to chip. It would be nice if they had a better way to show off their polish colors, I had to dip under and around 2 other girls who were picking out polish.Although the nail tech and I weren't very talkative, I thought she and the staff had good customer service. We don't have to be best friends, file and paint my nails right and I'm happy.The only issue I had was it seemed like the foot scrubbers they use might not be sanitized like the rest of the tools. I recently moved to the area and needed a good pedicure. I saw the reviews for this salon and gave it a try.Both my husband and I got the spa #1 pedicure which is the regular pedicure plus callus remover.
