I stopped going here. All staff are extremely unprofessional. After they typically make you wait for hours they will leave you in the chair several times to take cigarette breaks. They do not clean the shop. There is never any paper towels or soap. The female staff have attitudes. When you make appointments with the owner tony he doesn't show up. They talk about each other when the other staff person isn't there like children. The prices change based on who is working and their mood that day.

Don't waste your time or money..I've been going to this place for a long time but for the last few months their customer service and service has been very poor.. The place is dirty, the tables are disgusting and they never have tissue in their bathrooms. Today I went there and I haven't been for awhile Tony brother Jimmy talk about him and his alcoholic girlfriend just mins before Tony came in with another sob story about his life.. after I sat there for a hour to soak gel off jimmy starts another customer nail then tell me to come back the next day to have them finish.. this place is filled with drug heads and Tony looks like he is smoking crack.. Before he told me to come back the next day he beg another customer not to leave and he promise he be open the next day.. I guarantee this place of rachettness will be shut down in a few months..

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I used to love Millenium. The first time I went, I had a great experience- everyone was nice and my nails looked great. Every other time I've been, I've continuously been let down. The nail techs have no problem leaving you in the chair, unattended, while they go outside to take a smoke break for 15+ minutes. Then they come back, reaking of cig smoke and don't wash their hands. Then they give you numerous prices for your total, and rip you off for the services. My nails chipped after 3 days, and 2 nails came off. They don't even sand and shape the nails correctly. If you choose to come here, ask for Tony, he's probably the only one who can do nails but also takes breaks at his leisure. When you make an appointment, be prepared to sit there for over an hour to finally get in the chair. On top of this, the place is disgusting. Dirty towels piled up and no where to dry your hands when you wash them, nail tips all over the floor, dirty tools aren't properly sanitized and cleaned, watched one nail tech hand a tool over to another to use right after using it on another client. Needless to say I'm furious with the money I've spent here to only be always let down. Do not go here.

Day 1..chip, day 2 break. Day 3 another break! Prep was no good and did not sand enough at the base and didn't clean up edges, that probably why they broke and chipped in 3 days! Guy was friendly but does not know how to properly do ANC. I usually get up to 3 weeks with no issues. Now I to go get them redone with tips! Also they need to clean a bit more, floor was full of nail tips etc. Too bad could be great with some knowledgable people and a little clean up. Great location.

Love getting my nails done here and will continue to keep coming. All the staff are great and friendly. My nails always turn out perfect. Can't complain at all! Would defiantly recommend!

I was left in my chair while my nail technician completely left and drove off. I sat there until I finally made someone else continue his job. No one had any problem leaving me there for 15+ minutes u...
I was left in my chair while my nail technician completely left and drove off. I sat there until I finally made someone else continue his job. No one had any problem leaving me there for 15+ minutes unattended (there where workers walking around with no clients fully able to take over) while he did his business. Extremely unprofessional. Was told one price only to have him change it at the last minute with some excuse as to why he did it. 4 days into having my nails one ripped off at the nail bed taking my real nail completely off. 3 others just snapped off. His attitude comes off as if he is the best of the best. His designs are nice but the quality of putting on and doing nails is horrible. This isn't the first time this happened going to Toni. I won't be going back. Big waste of money.

Day 1..chip, day 2 break. Day 3 another break! Prep was no good and did not sand enough at the base and didn't clean up edges, that probably why they broke and chipped in 3 days!
