Not the best results when I go there, I politely asked a nail tech can she fix my ring finger because the nail was slanted and very skinny compared to the rest and she roughed up my hand because she got frustrated that it wasn’t coming out right. Tan is a nail GOD!!! Young and sexy , fun to chat with while doing nails.. His skills are amazing.. Took me a long time to find someone that was good and i trusted. he is the only one i will allow free range to do anything he wants to.. Now he does all my friends nails too.. Just a few i managed to remember to take pics of.. I tried a few ppl before, Patricia i didn't have the best experience with,was on phone (took 4 hrs on my nails and feet ) and my nail edges had acrylic all over the skin.. I went back next day and Melissa took care of it asap. She seemed very concerned i was back and fixed all at no charge.. I did tip tan for fixing them perfectly and used him ever since.. The lady that sat next to patricia in chair 2 left edges same way too.. (Think her chair spot moved after remodeling the store) Melissa is an amazing owner that cares about her clients happiness.. Love this place.. Has become my go to place.. Tan (young male) is amazing ,fast ,very kool and funny.. He makes my visit here great!! I alwayd give him creative liscence to do anything he wants and i have never been disappointed.. Moon is the only one i let do my eye brows.. She does an amazing job... She is very clean too.. Mine Can be a lil pricey but if u get average tips and things its an average price.. I tend to go a lil beyond average so i pay more for it but totally worth it!! Read Less

Paid 50 dollars to get my nails done they looked nice but within less than a week my nails were just breaking without me even bending or banging them on anything and every time I went to get a repair it was four dollars to fix each nail for the price I paid I don't think the should have been breaking off so quickly and I definitely should have not been charged to fix them when the knew I just got them done and they shouldnt have broke Read Less

I went in there right after having a horrible experience at another nail salon. It seemed like they can help me & fix my nails. The woman filed them & tried to fix them as best she could. Apparently they didn't have navy blue nail polish like I was looking for. She offered to put 2 colors together to try & make the color. It was way off, the paint job looked rushed, the gold line at the tip was crooked on some nails, polish left on the skin around my nails. Her excuse was that those were not nail tips that she did which I absolutely get! Even so, the paint job was horrible. I love Melissa's Nail Salon. The owner does appreciate her customers and wants them to leave happy. Patricia #Chair1 does the best designs ever. She's Hispanic, the first and only Hispanic I seen in an Asian salon ❤️ Laura- #Chair2 is great as well, her fills and the way she does feet is the best ever. The shop however is a great shop, but Jenny in #Chair5 is really rude and disrespectful. She rushes her job and doesn't take in consideration that this is a business & customer satisfaction is the most important! Very small inside.Wait was about 10 minutes, which is better than most places. The person who did my nails, I am assuming is the owner did an ok job, instead of nails being nice and straight and painted completely, they are curving up and missing nail polish. I felt bad for one customer, she was waiting over a hour for her nail technician who she had scheduled  an appointment with, which was so unprofessional, she asked the lady doing my nails where she was, and she replied I don't know here's her number call her and tell her to get here now. No stars....horrible job...unprofessional. ...Melissa the owner was not present when I received a mani and pedi. But I was so dissatisfied my feet where softer before I went their. I had to instruct the nail tech to put base on my nails before she applied polish. Then on my hands she did a full hand and I hated it looked like a 2 year old painted them.
