I've gone to this place 3 times total..ever! First time I said never again! Fast forward several years later & I was desperate on my lunch break to get a fill. Horrible paint job and that same night the acrylic popped off (nails all mine) two nails. Went back the next day, they fixed both nails for free but you could tell they weren't happy about it. The VERY next day, the acrylic came off another day. And a week later, (today) another came off. I will never ever go back!!!! No matter what!!

The lady who did my nails was super pushy about the price I paid an extra $10 all for shape and the nails came out terrible, I came in with a shopping bag from forever 21 and as I went to dry my nails, she carried my bag to the dryer &dug in my bag and pulled something out to compliment it . Like wth ? Oh and on top of that they have rats in the salon ! Don’t even waste your coins here ladies even if you’re desperate.

Horrible. Charge to take off ANC. Then new ANC peeling topcoat after 4 hrs on. Next day 8 nails peeling off top coat.
When asked for refund they don’t know what that is and then the workers don’t kno...

When asked for refund they don’t know what that is and then the workers don’t know who owner is. Complained to Crossgates Mgt. Dispute credit payment.
Just awful. Beware.

The experience was pretty good, I usually go to this place but I didn't think a mani pedi was going to cost $90 ( mind you I just got a plain paint job).. I got acrylic tips with gel polish, and a ped...
The experience was pretty good, I usually go to this place but I didn't think a mani pedi was going to cost $90 ( mind you I just got a plain paint job).. I got acrylic tips with gel polish, and a pedicure with gel polish along with the cheese grater thing which they charge you $5 more for it.. and my nails are already chipping both toes and fingers! Gel polish is supposed to last for two weeks not two days! After all that money spent on something I thought I'd be treating myself to turns to be a big waste of my money!! The people there are friendly but the job is NOT well done... I'm very unhappy!

Just got my nails done . Horrible experience. First the work quality is really really really poor. I can do much better myself. Massage was done for 2 sec without any pressure . Second they keep talking in their language but you can very easily tell they are talking about you. They make fun of you and pretend nothing is going on when they talk to you. So upset!

This place really went downhill. The workers are rude, I had a full set of pink and white done there and they were crooked and my real nail was hanging out. I tell the lady (politely of course) and she has the nerve to say "oh no honey, the nail is beautiful." Oh no honey, it was not. The gel started peeling off A DAY LATER. never again.

Got my nails done here once and that was enough to never go back. Overall, the service was fine but not even a week went by when one of my acrylics fell off. I was so upset but I went back the next day so they could fix it and within a few days that nail fell off again! They must have terrible supplies if it's going to fall off that quick & TWICE in a row.

I was so upset but I went back the next day so they could fix it and within a few days that nail fell off again!
