If I could give negative stars I would! First off I made an appointment at 12:30pm there was only two workers in there which for a Saturday is not good for a nail salon. This place is very ghetto and unprofessional. The girl there looked irritated, she clearly did not want to be there and made it be known. I wanted a simple solid color gel set. The gel polish they had was absolute shit. The lady got so upset and just walked away and said "someone will fix your polish I'm walking about". If you are not feeling well call in don't make my nail experience crap because you don't feel well. After getting my polish fixed my nails cane out to look like a 5 year old did it. Then the man got upset because I wanted half of my money back which was very reasonable considering my only problem was the paint job. Those women can not do nails for shit. I am not for being a rude customer making a scene, but I couldn't even not get my money back that was the worst nail place I have ever been too. The women who work there are diverse and clearly show no experience whatsoever!!!! The only good thing was the massage with the pedicure. But even my toes have a shitty paint job which I didn't notice until I was gone. I don't know who the hell let them run this shitty business!! Specifically one of the reasons I hate getting my nails done out of state. I am still so upset at that service I didn't leave until after 3pm. 3hrs of wasted time just to leave with a shitty set of nails who knew painting nails was so difficult. I will NEVER be back. Please don't waste your money here the service all around is not worth the time nor money!!! I have been getting my nails done for years and this is by far the worst I have ever had. Avoid this crappy shop!!!!

My sister brought me here and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Henry did my nails frumpy and I spent a lot of money for terrible work. I have never return and would not recommend anyone to go there. There are so many other places that do great nails like Melissa's even the nail salon in Walmart by US9W Glenmont and more. Don't waste your time or money. They must have mistaken my blackness for dumbness.

Horrible experience!! They want your money but they do not want to give you quality service. Earlier today I got a full set done by Henry (The only person really doing nails). Now this evening the entire acrylic from my pinky nail came off. I was calm and called Henry in a respectful manner requesting that he can fix it tonight or tomorrow, if fitting for him. He tells me sure tomorrow but it will cost 10 additional dollars (we all know even to fix one broken nail is not 10 dollars for reg nails). I quickly objected to that because that means he gave me a bad nails job and I have to pay for him to fix his own error. My nail wasn't cracked; it came off clean while washing dishes on the very first day.Anyone that does nail or gets them done knows that is the result of poor installation.Henry later adjusted his price to 3 dollars. I declined that as well because I refuse to pay for a crappy job. I asked to speak with the owner Amy but she is never around. Now i am just going to have to wait and see what happens. One thing I do know is they have lost a customer. This is not an angry review rather an honest sharing of my experience. I will not be surprised if they close down soon. All Henry cares about is getting your money in his pocket. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am looking forward to hearing from the owner Amy. If she does call back I will update this review. If I do not update this post that means I never received a call back.

Horrible experience!! They want your money but they do not want to give you quality service. Earlier today I got a full set done by Henry (The only person really doing nails). This Nail salon is open everyday but Sunday. Hrs are 10 am to 800 pm . I would not go anywhere else . Designs are unique and prices are very reasonable. Pedicures and eyebrow shaping is also available...

Their pedi are okay nothing out of this world. But their nail service sucks!!! Cheap.nail polish options, don't do cuticles and their acrylic work is bad.

If I could give negative stars I would! First off I made an appointment at 12:30pm there was only two workers in there which for a Saturday is not good for a nail salon. This place is very ghetto and unprofessional. The girl there looked irritated, she clearly did not want to be there and made it be known. I wanted a simple solid color gel set. The gel polish they had was absolute shit. The lady got so upset and just walked away and said "someone will fix your polish I'm walking about". If you are not feeling well call in don't make my nail experience crap because you don't feel well. After getting my polish fixed my nails cane out to look like a 5 year old did it. My sister brought me here and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Henry did my nails frumpy and I spent a lot of money for terrible work. I have never return and would not recommend anyone to go there. There are so many other places that do great nails like Melissa's even the nail salon in Walmart by US9W Glenmont and more. Don't waste your time or money. They must have mistaken my blackness for dumbness.
