Outside looks quaint & wonderful. Step inside & it is tiny and over stuffed. One manicure station and one pedicure chair. This salon is not clean. The towel used to rest my hands on was the same one the client before me used. No paper towels and I was not asked to wash my hands. I had called for an appointment for a manicure with shellac polish. I was given a polish change. A $40.00 polish change! During the process I realized she was not really doing a manicure, no pushing the cuticles back, no clipping of the dead cuticles, no hand lotion used, no cuticle remover, nothing. Just removal of old shellac, filing of nail and painting of new color. Yes, I could have asked about the cuticle care and the rest of the manicure. But as I sat there observing the condition of the shop, the utensils, the manicurists own hands, I decided that it was not a wise thing to actually ask her to use any sharp objects near my hands. So I left, unsatisfied, feeling as though I had just agreed to pay $40.00 for a $20.00 job. But, what can a person do? It is a tourist town, the other shops I called were booked. Now I know why Tiffany's had an opening. Think twice or thrice before seeing her shop in such a nice area and going in there. Once inside it's basically a dank, dusty, dark, run down, cluttered mess. She, herself is pleasant enough, but she needs to improve 1000% on her facilities. Read Less
