New location, a bit unorganized. I paid for a mani / pedi, but left after the pedi. The pedi was the worst I've ever had. I gave this shop a 3 because the house made products are nice. The towels were dingy and I didn't really like the steam method. Read Less

They really do have the best tanning beds. They are very friendly. They never try to push products or services, yet they are ready to fully explain when you ask. I moved back East recently and I really miss their great beds! Read Less

This was one of the most wonderful experiences I've had at a salon. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was relaxing and overall an excellent experience. The spray tan was just perfect. where do I begin?   Have never written a negative review but this is not the place for a relaxing mani pedi.  You sit on a love seat as various apparatus are moved for your feet:  steam box, furniture storage cube with a towel on top, metal tub.  You have to hold up your feet and legs or put them on the not so clean floor as these things are switched. And as the technician files your calluses you have to hold your leg up as there is no place to rest it except on the hard edge of the metal tub.  There was no hand or foot massage and my nails are uneven.  She used a very rough file and I had to smooth and even them when I got home.  Very nice folks but I think they should stick to the tanning business as the other reviewers seem to really enjoy those services.Appointments were booked back to back so technician rushed through the very rough brow wax. I'm not one to EVER give 5 stars, however 4 is a rare occurance. Every time I go in, I feel welcomed and attended to. Honestly, every tanning salon I've ever been to has been less average (including LA and NY) . They have great hours, professional staff, and coming from someone in film industry I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. K, that is more than I usually say.Read Less

First of all, the staff couldn't be nicer...rare customer service in Santa Fe. The tanning beds actually GIVE YOU A TAN. I've been to places in town that must not change the bulbs as often as they do. They have a ""healthy bed"" which minimizes the negative effects, while giving you that super important vit. I'm not one to give bad reviews, if fact, it was because of the 1 good review that I chose to go here. I'm very pale and I've used spray tans before (Albuquerque) and they were awesome, about 10 bucks more, but worth it. I arrived and the man was pleasant, but told me he'd use a medium. I said I wanted dark (I'm familiar with what it looks like on me). I didn't get a tour, I didn't get anything more than walked to a room, given a 2 second physical demo (him standing there) and off he goes. I'm in a room with no hair clips, or no explanation. I used a dolphin sticker on the whitest part of my hip. Afterwards, I left in the suggested loose clothing. I also had applied generous amounts of their repel lotion on my hands and feet (booties are an option but I've never had to use them). I LOOK LIKE I DIPPED MY FEET & HANDS IN BROWN PAINT! They are horribly stained (my foot has a 2x3 in STAIN in one area that looks like I have a bad birthmark in sandles or like I stepped in something! And I'm on my way to Cancun in 5 hours! My ""dolphin"" area is still white and my overall body is slightly shaded. I am going back to Golden Edge in Albq (THIS MORNING!) and having it re-do CORRECTLY. He at least gives you a play by play, it's deep and golden in color, and worth the extra 6 bucks. I should have used the other gal under reviews who sprays you personally but I used this place because the hours were after work and it was 7 bucks cheaper. NOT WORTH IT! Read Less

I went in to get a mystic spray on tan and the girl at the front walked me through it point by point so I wouldn?t miss anything. I was nervous because it was my first time doing this but she was patient and thorough with me. While I was there she also gave me tour of the other services they have. They are not just a tanning salon with UV Beds and Mystic tan but also a day spa. They have oxygen, foot detoxes, infer red saunas, and Facial treatments. I suffer from altitude sickness and I got some oxygen while I was there. She put me in a massage chair and hooked me up the oxygen; along with the treatment I got a blanket and a bottle of water with vitamin C in it. I couldn?t believe how well I was treated. I got so much more then what I was paying for. Also the ambiance was spectacular. They had clouds painted on the ceiling and kinetic lighting to help reflect moods. You can tell that I loved this place. I will definitely be going back!!! Read Less
