Had my hair colored by Erica. I went in with blond highlights she turned my hair gray. I complained so she put a toner on my hair, now it’s orange and brown. Going back there in a few days for a color correction with someone else. Will see what she can do with this mess. I don’t know how they keep getting best salon by the reporter! Read Less

I have a fantastic experience there last Thursday. Went in for a haircut and a eyebrow waxing, but then ended up also getting my brows tinted. I love love love the way my hair and eyebrows turned out! Jackie is very gifted and followed exactly what I wanted. She was so nice and I will be having her do my hair from now on ONLY. Love this salon and its stylists! I had my hair cut this past Sunday by Jasmine and she is amazing! She was so enthusiastic when I told her my ideas for a new cut that it made the appointment fun. Don't spend your $$$$ here, I had a horrible experience so much so that I had to file a formal complaint with the barbers association of Sta Fe. Basically they left me looking like a dominatrix trying to ''correct' their first mistake, adding BLACK hair dye, only to try to strip it, leaving it brassy red, copper pipe ugly. Management never cared never called after repeated tries, so sorry that Aveda endorses them. Read Less
