Never go there, they don't care about their customers. Went there and did a full set, left globs of glue on bottom and dint like how long they were, I asked the person Cathy that did them if she could trim them and said it was to late and just turned and went to sit at her station, when she could of fixed them while sitting there doing nothing. Then she told me someone else would fix them in just a bit, I waited like an hour and a half. I went to ask Cathy how long will it be and then she tells me like an hour, OMG! she should have said that before, so I wasted like 2 hours waiting. This place is pure disgusting I went in for a mani pedi their prices for a gel mani is 24.99 and pedi 17.99 they try adding hidden charges to your bill at the end that is not listed anywhere or do they tell you about, they use dirty instruments the clippers the male tech pulled out of his drawer still had dead skin left on them I asked him to clean them all he did was wipe them with a towel and spray it with what is supposed to be alcohol which I doubt is, after I corrected him he got a attitude and started doing a awful job on my nails, making the gel polish clump and pretending to act like it looked okay. Truly awful. Went in for a pedi , waited an hour for service in a water only foot bath ...then the technician made me bleed twice. Ultimately one of the sloppiest pedicures I've ever paid $25 for. Very unprofessional conduct as well...don't need to understand Thai to know they're talking smack about customers right in front of their face. Incredibly rude.Read Less

I do agree with the reviews about the male nail techs. The women, however have always been gentle with me. I have been a long time customer, almost two years and I have been pleased, and have not had any issues. I do see them using sterile tools for each client, so I am not sure of the complaints of the place being dirty. Read Less

It takes a lot to leave a one star review, but I think other customers need to be warned. I was just here a few days ago, the guy who did my nails cut me. To the point that I started bleeding. I jerked my hand back and said "ouch!" He didn't apologize or even acknowledge that i was hurt. He grabbed my hand and then tried to put superglue all over the cut. It was a really terrible experience. The place was dirty, they used dirty tools, and they were rude. I also left with gobs of glue under my nails, and had to have them fixed elsewhere. This place should get a visit from the health dept ASAP! Read Less
