The service was rushed and they used poor quality top coat polish that bubbled so bad I had to go back to get my toe nails fixed. When I went back they would not refund me, they would only re-do the nail polish. Again the service was so rushed he cut my cuticle from filing so hard and not paying attn. to what he was doing. The gentlemen looks more at the door than at your feet! And although the polish didn't bubble the gentlemen that did my nails didn't put the polish on thick enough so you can see streaks and he didn't get the entire nail on several of my toes. The polish also chipped after two days. Regular polish usually lasts up to two weeks on my toe nails. Also, several people came in both times I was there with appointments and they do not keep track of appointments, so don't even bother, just walk in. Also, it is very dirty! They use new liners in the foot spas but they use the same tools (clippers, cuticle cutters, nail files, and pumice stones) on everyone without disinfecting. They make you walk barefoot to the dryer station, instead putting your flip flops on before they polish. The gentleman used a disgusting brush that he keeps in a spam can on my feet and legs. This is a very unclean and unprofessional salon. Three things happened to us 1) cuticle clipped on two fingers and caused bleeding 2) I watched as they put dirty nail clippers into plastic folder without cleaning them for the next customer and 3) they overcharged us and when asked for an itemized receipt would not give it. I asked two separate people the price and they each gave me different prices, which were also different than their sign on the front. It’s nice looking enough but that’s where the good news ends. They were busy but the woman doing my mani/pedi was so put out is was as if I had invaded her living room on a Sunday afternoon not a place a business. The manicure was basically a polish change after leaving me soaking in acetone for over 20 min. The pedicure was bit better but still rushed and subpar. After a two hour lack luster experience, I didn’t see them clean one tool. They grabbed from each other’s station and used it on the next person. I just had a manicure, i let my nails grow up for a nice french manicure.Unfortunately the women who take care of me didn't speak english and she file my nails horrible and skinny tip. Horrible horrible!!So then to try to make them look square again she have to file more and more and finally my nails look like school girl, short and ugly. Not a good experience. Quick in and out. Have never had a pedicure where they did no leg masssge and only a quick massage of feet. Sign outside said $23.00; my bill was $29.75. At that point, I was just ready to get out. There are plenty of other places to try in Santa Fe. Read Less

I have gone to the salon for over year, and have had mostly positive experiences. I received a gel manicure and pedicure here, and four of the six experiences were favorable. I find most of the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. The Prices are reasonable. I enjoy the results when I get an eyebrow wax. Mimi has been outstanding! Read Less

Terrible. Went in for a basic manicure and pedicure. My nails were cut so short, the nail doesn't even touch when I put my finger against a surface. And, they're crooked. The polish was put all the way to the edges and onto the cuticle. They spent over 30 minutes trying to use a little brush and nailpolish remover to get the edges cleaned up. And, I still have my old nailpolish smeared all over my fingers! I don't know how the pedicure would be... I walked out. Luckily there is a Sally Beauty right across. So, I went in and bought nailpolish remover, top & base coats, and I'll go home and do my own nails. Do NOT go to this place. TERRIBLE. Read Less

If u make an appointment don't expect to be seen at that time. Instead sit and watch a walk in go before u and then you'll be seen over 20 min.s later. Not professional at all. My nails did come out nice I'll admit. Read Less

My nails are still sore five hours later. My manicurist was so aggressive with my nails. My. cuticles bled a little. My acrylics have lumps and dents in them and are uneven shapes. Time will tell if they will stay on or not but i'm seriously considering having them fixed somewhere else. I've had pedicures here before and they were great!think it depends on who you get. Read Less
