I’m so upset! I went in with my 6 year old son and he got a mani pedi just a regular one and they charged $30 for him and I had acrylics on but two had already fallen off so they charged me an extra $5 to take them off so I just got gel a mani and pedi as well I go to pay and I pay $99.10 so I was $65 that is so ridiculous! And to top it off on my right hand they didn’t put enough coats of the color so it looks like it’s fading! AWFUL. I have never wrote a review for anything. But this was worth the write. Read Less

I had given this a 4 star before but lowered it. after i returned on my second visit for a Fill. On Sat 11/11. I was happy Saturday. Its Monday 11/13 and one finger peeled and stones fell off. I was charged $37 for a Gel Fill. That's more than what i was charged for the original set two weeks ago! So not happy. ... Okay adding 3rd review 11/16 they repaired the ring finger on my left hand and guess what two more nails peeled last night. I'm kinda done with this place. Even though they fixed previous polish without charge its still only been 5 days and 3 fingers peeled polish??? Why? Its Gel. I paid $15 extra for gel polish. We'll see what they say.....they fixed the problem again and must say customer service is really good. I wasnt given an attitude or passively blamed for the peeling. They just fixed it. Was able to get a walk in gel nail polish. They have a decent selection of colors- score! However I went in with minimal regular clear polish and the tech took a dremmel to my nails and proceeded to massacre my cuticles. They are bleeding and sore one day later. Read Less

Watch out! Had gone there are a number of times. Quit going when one of the female Techs lost her temper over a small matter, she became hysterical and pretty much destroyed the atmosphere for me and everybody else. Would never go back there again. Read Less

I really love this nail salon.  Heidi is great.  She is helpful, fast and efficient. I always feel like I am her only priority when I am there, and our conversation is amazing. Her salon is family owned and they take pride in its appearance and cleanliness. There is a great selection and while you are pampered they always have Dancing with the Stars on for entertainment.  She takes appointments, and what i love, is they are waiting for you, not like other places where they make an appointment and when you walk in still have to wait 1/2 hour.  I was gifted by my husband with a gift card last Christmas ~ super glad to have found Jasmine Nails. Went on a Tuesday afternoon. I think the tech doing my nails was new,  , it took her an hour and 20 minutes to do a French tip gel. I normally get this done at other places in 30 minutes. My first time here. I absolutely loved my experience here. Everyone was so nice. I got a pedi for $20 and my eyebrows waxed for $8. The place is nice and clean and the massage chairs were amazing. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon for a pedicure and found the place to be completely empty - which I appreciated. The woman who greeted me wasn't particularly friendly, but the technician that did my pedicure was a bit more friendly. What struck me about this particular salon was it's cleanliness. If you have been to nail salons in the area, you know that this can be lacking. The price was on par with other salons ($22 for a regular pedicure). I used to go to this place often, but after Henry butchered my real nails doing a rebase I will never go back! I was getting a rebase about every 2 weeks and the last time I went Henry used the grinder and actually cut into my real nail on both sides of my finger tips. Not only did it really hurt and feel a burning sensation at the time, I ended up taking my nails off and OMG... A disaster. It took a month for my nails to grow out and it was a battle to fight them from breaking/taring where he ground into the sides. I had to cut my nails SO short constantly to get them healthy again. I have done my nails for years and this was the first time anything like this has happened. My nails were disgusting to look at and so painful for at least a month. I liked Henry because out of all the technicians his work was the most consistent, but what a disaster. In the past I would go here for pedicures and I was always happy with that, so if that's what you are looking for you'll be fine! Read Less

I have gone to Jasmine nails a number of times but only one person employed here actually does a fairly decent job. The work performed by the other technicians can be shoddy if you don't address their work. One of the men who works at Jasmine can be rude/condescending. He is bad for business. I have gone to Jasmine's Nails a few times now and I love it!! Most of the times I have gotten Henry and he does such a good job on my acrylic nails! He always replicated the pictures I bring in and he keeps my nails very thin just how I like them and they look very natural. However the last time I went in Henry was not there and another lady did my nails and I did not like them so much. She cut them shorter than I wanted and much thicker than how I like them. I've been a regular customer at Jasmine's for about 8 months now. I refuse to go anywhere else, Henry does my nails perfect every time! I love that he and his wife have made this business into a family affair, their children are beautiful and so kind and happy!  I completely love that this place really is CLEAN! Stopped here because the place I normally go to is apparently closed Sunday's. Very iLife, sat me down right away. Charged $20 for a french tip gel and to remove my old gel (by soaking it off, which was nice). Tons of color options to choose from, happy with the end result when I left. I'll most likely be back. My daughter and I walked and had fill in a done. Once they found out we didn't want gel and we didn't want a pedicure they treated us like garbage. They spoke less than 5 words to us directly and continued to speak in their own language back and forth. They did a lousy job never asking us what our length preference and shape. Love this place, Henry does my nails he used to work at luxor nails up the street.  This place is brand new, very CLEAN. They have a sterilizer you can see. They have lots of gel colors to choose from including "shellac gel colors"I highly recommend this nail place won't go anywhere else! Read Less

I am reviewing them as I just walked out, so I don't forget later! I just got a gel manicure, regular pedicure, and an eyebrow wax done all for 57 dollars, including tax! (Note: Tax is not included in their prices. My subtotal was 53, and then it was 56.98 after tax). Gel manicure: Flawless. The person who did mine was a true pro! I like the lavender lotion they use. It was very calming. Only 25 bucks! They use mostly OPI gel products for their gel manicures, which I have never seen. Regular Pedicure: Felt almost like a deluxe one! First of all, since they have only been open 4 months, their massage chairs are top notch! Clean chairs and super awesome massages. Next, they do an extra exfoliation thing before they lotion your legs. Say what? I have never seen that before in a standard pedicure. Lavender lotion, again was clutch! Then, a hot towel on top of all that! Wooo. Polish was good, too, not even a question about that.Eyebrow wax: I told the lady briefly what I wanted. I always get nervous about eyebrow waxes, which is why I usually pluck and trim myself. I have been lazy lately though. The whole time she did it, my eyes were closed and I was praying that she would heed my words and that it would come out the way I want. Once she showed me the mirror, I was sooo ecstatic! My eyebrows looked perfect, exactly how they would if I was a professional, who could do it myself. So everything thing I got was perfect, no complaints at all. Overall, the staff were all friendly and I could tell they already had loyal clientele.  Atmosphere was nice as there was some cute joking around between staff and clients, as well as light comfortable conversation between strangers in the massage chairs.
