I drive to Los Lunas from ABQ because I like Tina so much.  I have had foot surgery so it is imperative I receive sanitary, careful and expert pedicures.  Tina always remembers my name, is always friendly and goes out of her way to be especially careful because she is aware of my "special-needs".  Her prices are much better than the prices here and she is always careful!! Began nicely w a full acrylic set. For both myself and my teen daughter. Unfortunately 6 weeks in with my set after fills I soaked my acrylics off to find a fungus on my nails. I attempted to clear that and did the Gel over the now damaged nails... I gave this kind lady three opportunities to do my nails and now my nails are ruined. They are peeing back, the cuticles are torn due to no protection around my fingertips, I am trying all the OTC items I can to strengthen my nails back up, including vitamins polish and constant care. My daughter also had hers off after a few weeks, her nails are also soft and peeling- but no fungus as my have. I am very sad. I went into the salon in May and two Months later my nails are worse than they have been since I was a kid who bit her nails. Now I'm ashamed to show my hands and I hate to blame the salon but I know my hygeine is not the reason for the trouble. I won't we won't go back.:( Read Less

I went there to get a pedicure, because my normal gal could not do it that day and had to reschedule my appointment.  So I came here.  I should of walked back out when I first entered the building.  It made me feel somewhat uneasy, but I went for it anyway.  The woman doing my feet should not of been wearing a skirt at all.  The woman had her legs apart in that little stool or chair with her underwear showing.  To me that was not very professional all ALL!  My pedicure was do fast, and was OK.  Was out of there in maybe less than 10 minutes.  Lady does seem in a hurry like another reviewer stated. I have been here a couple of times and they have always done a good job for me. Although it is hard to understand what they are saying sometimes so I get confused when asked a question. The language barrier will never make me stop coming here in the future. I embrace new languages. The workers are friendly and if you have an issue with something such as getting a crooked nail they will fix it immediately so don't be afraid to ask them to do so. Read Less

I've come here for a few years now, but I will no longer be returning. I usually get my eyebrows done and I used to like how the woman did them. Since then, she's become sloppy and always seems to be in a hurry. She's not gentle at all and there has been a time where she has pulled my skin off and I had a horrible scab for a few weeks. She does a average nail job. She can't recreate pictures of other nails or do anything very complex. Read Less
