I showed up right when they opened hoping not to feel as rushed as they always make me feel but it was worse!! Apparently there was a really good movie playing on one TV and soccer game on the other ...
I showed up right when they opened hoping not to feel as rushed as they always make me feel but it was worse!! Apparently there was a really good movie playing on one TV and soccer game on the other which completely consumed the workers attention. I recieved a half done pedicure with the worker staring at the TV as she slapped my calfs I'd assume she considered that to be the message portion. Then got my skin ripped off as she rushed through my eyebrow wax. The Male I think Kevin started in my full set watching the game the entire time not even paying attention to what he was doing. My 4 year old niece could have done a better job painting my nails. There was nail polish all over my skin all the sides weren't even painted then he sat me down to watch the monstrosity dry while he jumped up down as someone win the game. . . I'm disappointed in what this place has become. I use to love it here. I will never come back.

Horrible experience on 6/09/18. My daughter and I decided to go there for pedicures. I used to go here many years ago and it was a good place. On this day the owner (a guy) called for another lady to come help as they own another salon on Main Street. The young lady not only rushed, failed to clip my nails, when I asked for them t lo get trimmed she got upset and when she was cutting them cut my big toe. Then grabbed a bottle of lotion from a warmer and burned my right leg, she smirked when I yelled saying it was too hot. They overfilled my daughters tub made a huge water mess and this young lady rushed to help clean up ending up dropping the bottle of polish on the floor and herself. My nails are missing polish on sides.

Seemed friendly at first but just got worse! I went in for a pedicure and the man rushed thru it. When he finished I was waiting for my friends pedicure to be done so I sat their for a while so my toes can dry and I was going to get up for the restroom and he yelled at me for moving demanded for me to sit down and "relax" worse place to get your nails done! And to top it off they still asked to be tipped!

This lady is horrible. She made me wait 30 mins to fix a nail. No one was in there waiting to be serviced. My nail repaired broke 3 days after she replaced it. I told her it was curved and not similar...
This lady is horrible. She made me wait 30 mins to fix a nail. No one was in there waiting to be serviced. My nail repaired broke 3 days after she replaced it. I told her it was curved and not similar to the rest, she ignored me. She charged me extra without letting me know. I truly disliked her attitude which totally reflected her services.

They took forever seems like they're short-staffed also the girl doing my nails kept messing up I asked for little diamonds on my nails and she made them all uneven one hand looked way different than the other and the guy who did my pedicure also did the same the only thing I really enjoyed about this visit was that the girl did a great job on my eyebrows when I asked her to wax them I was very surprised how good it came out other than that I was not happy about my nails and my friend that came with me didn't like her nails at all they came out awful

Came in for a pedicure and while the guy was removing calluses he cut my ankle with the purple foot scrub. And why he was scrubbing my ankle I have no idea . It's most likely infected. They reuse the scrubs so who knows what germs are on it. Contacting the Health Department today.

Not great service at all, so bad we just ended up leaving. We showed up on a whim while on our motorcycle road trip to Austin, hoping to get two relaxing pedicures. We arrived on a weekday about 12:15pm. There were 2 male employees working, both busy doing manicures at the time. There were two other people in there as well, both were sitting in the pedicure area. One was putting her shoes back on it looked like and the other lady's feet were just soaking. We told them what we wanted, they said ok, and we waited. He did not say how long. We waited there about 20-25 minutes and the employees did not even stop to say anything to us NOR the other people that were waiting! The one lady was now just waiting to pay and they did not even acknowledge her at all! My wife and I would have been happy if they just took a moment to fill up the sinks so we could relax in the chair with our feet soaking but no! Unbelievable service. We got tired of waiting and started to pack up our stuff, then one of the guys came over looking like he was going to take us back. We said no thank you and left. I am not usually one to leave businesses but this is twice in one week for me.

You have too many other options than to waste your time and money here. The lady working up at the front was awful. However, the lady who actually did my gel manicure was a sweetheart. On the front glass window of the building its states that gel manicures start at $18, I was charged $30. I wonder what you get for the $18 gel manicure as I thought I had asked for the simplest of them all. It wasn't quite the worst manicure I have had but pretty close to it. The lady did not even cover my entire nail with the polish. Way too big of a gap between the polish and the cuticle. I certainly will not bother going back to this place.

I showed up right when they opened hoping not to feel as rushed as they always make me feel but it was worse!! Apparently there was a really good movie playing on one TV and soccer game on the other which completely consumed the workers attention. I recieved a half done pedicure with the worker staring at the TV as she slapped my calfs I'd assume she considered that to be the message portion. Seemed friendly at first but just got worse! I went in for a pedicure and the man rushed thru it. They took forever seems like they're short-staffed also the girl doing my nails kept messing up I asked for little diamonds on my nails and she made them all uneven one hand looked way different than the other and the guy who did my pedicure also did the same the only thing I really enjoyed about this visit was that the girl did a great job on my eyebrows when I asked her to wax them I was very surprised how good it came out other than that I was not happy about my nails and my friend that came with me didn't like her nails at all they came out awful

Not great service at all, so bad we just ended up leaving. We showed up on a whim while on our motorcycle road trip to Austin, hoping to get two relaxing pedicures. We arrived on a weekday about 12:15pm. There were 2 male employees working, both busy doing manicures at the time. There were two other people in there as well, both were sitting in the pedicure area. One was putting her shoes back on it looked like and the other lady's feet were just soaking.
