I was nervously searching for spas that offered Brazilian Wax. I was visiting town for the holidays and I needed to find someone available ASAP. I called Spaology and they booked me for the next day, no hassles. I arrived a bit early to my appointment, and waited for maybe 5min before the receptionist informed me that I could go in sooner since another client was running late! PERFECT!!Rachel took care of me and she was so sweet! she did such a good job and was very knowledgeable about what she was doing! she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. S/O to her for doing her job well!The location is great! right near old mesilla, a short walk from The Bean Cafe. Bad really bad experience, i got it as a Christmas present and the credit card that my friend put on file didn’t pass and i didn’t have my card or money with me so they didn’t let me go and call the police on me, didn’t trust me to go home and get my card to pay, it was very embarrassing and it was for a fácil service is not like they were loosing any good or material productos, so I had to call my son to give me my credit card number because they already had call the police 😌😌😌😌 people don’t trust anymore this days MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME FROM SPAOLOGY they wanted to send me to jail !!! I had a 60 Minute age corrective body treatment with Rachel today - a Christmas gift. It was fabulous!  The dry brush exfoliation followed by a slathering of luxurious lotion combined with massage was heavenly. Rachel has a lovely manner and great hands. The room is comfortable and serene. Tranquil music. The spa is super cute and well appointed without being stuffy and overdone. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back next time I'm visiting Las Cruces!! Read Less

After having a baby I was treated to a spa day as a gift. They bought me a pedicure, massage and a eyebrow shaping at this location. The pedicure was done buy a lovely nail tech, though when I asked for a design she agreed but destroyed those toes! Design was very poorly done and ruined the look, she then confessed she hadn't done a design since school.Next was the massage. Therapist showed up VERY late. I was charged extra for deep tissue but was given light pressure. I asked multiple times for more pressure, the girl was not physically capable or unwilling. Esthetician for the brows was also late. She first drew in very crooked brows and asked if it was what I wanted. Uh, no. After many adjustments she started waxing, but mostly tweezing. This shaping/waxing took way longer than any other session I have ever been a party to. When she showed me the finished product it was a hot mess. Brows were crooked, not cleanly shaped, strays everywhere. After multiple attempts to repair (and her saying she was still in training), I just gave up and called it good.I wasted hundreds of someone else's money, nearly 5 hours of my life and came out with a pedi I couldn't show off and brows like Burt. Very professional, happy to explain the process as she went along (nice for me, since I'd never been waxed before), and relaxing conversation. It was my first brazilian, and Rachel was incredibly nice and professional throughout the appointment. She explained things clearly and talked me through it. Additionally, Rachel was very knowledgable about the other services offered and answered my many questions about facial treatments. She sent me home with samples of products that address my skin care concerns, which I tried and have really liked so far. It was a really great experience and the facility was clean and calming. I booked a facial for my husband... I was nervous that he wouldn't enjoy it but he absolutely loved it. Spa-ology is so relaxing as soon as you walk in. The scent inside of the building is invigorating and calming all at once. Rachel made him feel right at home. The girls in front are extremely knowledgeable of their products and know them forward and backwards! They are not pushy with products, but gave him great recommendations. He left with products that are truly effective and are working greatly for him at home! Whatever you do, DO NOT even think of having a pedicure at Spa.ology. I was given a gift certificate for my birthday. About 8 weeks after receiving my pedicure at the location on Avenida de Mesilla, I removed the polish and was totally shocked. One of my big toenails had turned totally black, and the other about 2/3 rds. I though it was a circulation problem, and showed them to my doctor during my annual physical in February. He said it was not a circulatory problem, but toe nail fungus. Toe Nail Fungus?? Now I have to take an expensive RX for 6 months to get rid of it. STAY AWAY from this place! Read Less

I had a Sugar Scrub massage and then a Deep Pour Facial and I loved both. The massage was great for this time of year to exfoliate all the dry skin and the facial made my face feel like it was a cloud! It was truly luxurious. Sara is so talented and was so patient with me and my baby, as well as, the other staff keeping my little girl entertained while Sara worked on my last extensions.
