This place is incredible. James (the face of the store) immediately greets you and gives you the best fresh citrus infused water. It is SO refreshing!! I've had gone for both nail and waxing services. Go to Jenny for your every wax need she's seriously the best in town. I went into POSH due to reading amazing reviews about the place. I went in just for an eyebrow waxing. I showed up and the front desk people were very nice and took me back to the waxing room. The gentleman who waxed my brows seemed like he didn't even want to be there much less do my eyebrows. He was very slow to start and kept grunting and sighing through the whole process. I noticed immediately that I was experiencing alot of pain during the waxing but it had been a while since getting them done so I ignored it. Halfway through my waxing session the guy tells me that he actually doesn't normally do the waxing at all which made me very uncomfortable. Once done I was given a mirror. I immediately noticed this large piece of skin missing from between my eyebrows. It was very red and had a small amount of blood comming from it. I was shocked. I quickly paid and left not wanting him to lay another finger on me. It wasn't until after I got home I realized how unclean my eyebrows still were. It was not worth the $15 and 3 days later I still have a big scab between my eyebrows. The worst nail experience I ever had!!! The gentleman who did my nails cut me on one of my fingers twice. I asked for a coffin shape and I got square, round and some coffin shape, each nail is different. He did ask if I liked them and I replied I wouldn't be back. He insisted I come back for a fill that it might turn out more to my liking. Honestly, the place was very pretty and we'll maintained but the gentleman who I got today had messy hair, was wearing flip flops with a black t-shirt  with animal hair all over it. Hadmitted that he just woke up. Very sloppy to have someone represent your establishment is this manner. I paid 56$ and still left a tip. I will never be back the worst in Las Cruces!!! Read Less

Great Experience! Allexis did my gel pedicure and did an amazing job! The atmosphere was nice and I especially loved how clean it was. Everything was organized and well maintained. I love Posh!  Hands down the best place in town to get your nails and toes done!!!  They have great hours....I love that they are open on Mondays!!  The atmosphere allows for relaxing and enjoying the service you are paying for.  I really like that there is no chemical odor at all.  I would highly recommend!! I wish I could write a good review. POSH is close to home, convenient and clean. Unfortunately, the manager is obnoxious and  inappropriately asked me how the "newbie" did with my pedicure right in earshot of her- then said loudly "we're trying to get her out of her shell". rude. Also, he could have looked at my toes to know that the service was not good.  Twice I have had to wait for my scheduled appointment because the person i requested was with another customer and wouldn't be finished on time. The techs, except for a couple, seem to be fresh out of cosmetology school and it shows. I've given it three tries, all three were mediocre to disappointing. Read Less

I came into Las Cruces from Florida for my son's wedding this weekend,  and had no idea where to get my nails done.  I found POSH here on Yelp and gave them a call.  The front desk staff was so helpful explaining their services and prices.   I booked an appointment for me and my future daughter-in-law for manicures and pedicures.When I arrived at the salon this morning I was very pleased with the atmosphere.  It looked so clean and there was a great selection of polishes available.  The staff was friendly and professional.  They offered beverages and made us feel like we were really being pampered. My nail tech was amazing!  My hands and feet were both in rough shape but she made me feel like I was a queen.  I asked for something unique, and she suggested a fabulous mix of glitter finishes on both my hands and feet.  The results are stunning, very elegant!My daughter-in-law was so happy with the salon that she scheduled a tanning session for the afternoon.  And she is as fussy as I am, maybe that's why I'm so excited for this wedding and want everything perfect.  And it is!All in all, the service was great and the prices reasonable.  The next time I am in Las Cruces I will definitely make an appointment here.Thank you POSH! This nail salon (they do waxing, eyebrow/lash tint, airbrush tanning and facials too) is right by NMSU and opened early this year.  It's owned by the same people that own the Spa Downtown, so that level of service/cleanliness is replicated here.  Pedicures are done with banquet seating and permanent wash bowl at your feet (so much easier to keep sanitary than those huge chairs).  I'm super picky about manis/pedis and this is the first place in Cruces that I've liked.  The aesthician for waxing is great.  If you follow them on Facebook, they often post specials for the day.Even though it's on busy University, the parking lot in back has always had a space available.But the BEST thing?  You can schedule your appointment online!  With text reminders! It completely takes the guesswork out of when to stop by.  And usually they are ready spot on time, only once did I have to wait a bit past my appointment time. Read Less

I went to Posh back in July for a friend's bridal party and loved it! The place is beautiful and modern. James is the one on charge and he was wonderful. Very friendly, accommodating, and hospitable. He prepared some fruit for us girls to munch on and make sure we were comfortable. The ladies did a great job on our gel nails and were friendly and easy to talk to. I loved it so much I decided to come back for my bridal party and got pedicures this time too. They did a great job and again were just insanely welcoming and friendly. My mom and I went along with one of her friends to get pedicures and I ended up getting a gel set. Walking in, it was beautiful!!!
