I went the other day to get nail tips and powder dip. The lady was taking her time to get with me, she wasn’t even with a costumer she was doing her own nails. (I had also called ahead of time to make an appointment) When she got to me she started to file my nails and cuticles off with the electric file (which is a huge no no) she then cut me 5 times! And at the end my nails were bumpy and not buffed out. Then the NEXT day one of them just popped off! I refuse to go back there, and went to another place because my cuticles are still suffering! PLEASE for the love of your nails GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They also don’t stick with the price if you change the shape or length the will charge you extra! Read Less

The first time I went for a birthday gift I waited over an hour and a half and they kept passing over me. When I got my nails done it was sloppy and two nails came off. The second time, My boyfriend was ripped off $5 when paying and reasoning was told because the nails were longer this time. RIP OFF, DON'T GO! Read Less

It's the best nail salon in Las Cruces in my opinion. They communicate well with customers and give good advice when it comes to nails. There is always a line, so I would suggest if you would like to get your nails done I would advice to go in early or go on week days. Read Less

People are pretty nice, service was good. I just didn't like the way my manicure looked. They didn't take the time to shape my nails so I had to come home and file them myself. Also while getting a pedicure, the man doing them cut me and made me bleed 3 times. The prices are pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for. Read Less

Horrible. The nail technician used dirty towels with nail clippings on it and used unsanitized nail clippers. I asked to see the OPI gel options and she refused, saying that she doesn't recommend it, and proceeded to give me the other generic brand they had. The absolute worst experience ever! I hardly ever complain, so when I asked them to fix a design the nail tech got upset. Her husband Devan sitting next to her continued to be rude. He stated "well you changed your mind!" I informed him that the design did not look like what I asked. He then proceed to argue with an attitude. Before I left and was about to tip, he told me not to come back because I was arrogant. His voice started escalating in the shop. I am glad his other customers got to see him act like that. Even his wife was telling him to shut up because he was acting like a child. This, just after he finished saying that his customers were his boss because they were paying him. I wish I could give this no stars! While they may be friendly initially, if you have to complain or request something different, they are not very nice when that happens so be cautious. I just get tired of going home and having to fix it myself, so I finally said something. Well, I guess this is what i get for speaking up terrible customer service!!! a few friends have been there and said they have been afraid to complain for this reason. If we are paying for a service you would think you could request something a certain way without backlash. I think nail salons seem to be one of the places we hesitate to say anything. I was cheated here. The lady I was sat with to do my nails was rude. I walked out with something I didn't even want because of her snappy and sarcastic comments. At the end she told me my total was $30. So I pulled out my purse and gave her the $30 plus a cash tip. I was suppose to receive a 9% savings for paying in cash. The cashier handed her my savings but she argued with her pushing the money back so she could later pocket it. After they argued for a few minutes, I asked if that was everything and she said yes you can go. So I left my savings there not knowing what to do. I won't be coming here again. Read Less

Everyone that worked here was so nice and welcoming. They were extremely helpful and made feel really comfortable. Since I've been here on Cruces,  thus has been the best nail/waxing salon I've found. And quite frankly all the ones I had been to in Houston! How could a gel manicure in las Cruces cost more than one in San Jose? Lol.  Was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.   The guy who did my gel manicure pulled a cuticle clipper from his drawer, wiped off ?? And then proceeded to use it on me.  The towel he placed under my hands was damp and clearly used before me too.  Maybe this is a gem for Las Cruces, but I was disappointed.  I tipped $10 for manicure, but will not go back.  I like salons that sterilize their tools after EVERY use. I love this place! They always do an excellent job with both pedicures and manicures. All the staff is extremely friendly and although they do speak to each other in Vietnamese, you never get that feeling like they're talking about you. Vincent always does my pedicures and he is so friendly and professional! The other thing I like about this place is they don't try to upsell you. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get in a chair and start relaxing! Prices are great and the folks are very friendly! They are not pushy about "upgrading" or "selling" extra services! The facility is clean and the atmosphere is lively! The noise level is not base, tv is on but not loud! I have tried a few other places around Las Cruces and have been disappointed. Bought my wife and daughter certificates, only to be dissapointed as both of them complained about the service. I thought my 10 year daughter had painted her own nails when I saw them. My wife complained of being in room where no one spoke english and the conversation between the workers was to dramatic, she left with a headache and not at all impressed with her mani-pedi. People were nice enough but the young lady who worked on me left the acid on my feet way too long. My feet were on fire. Almost enough to make me cry. Then she proceeded to scrub my feet so hard that they are all cut up and very uncomfortable. I told her my feet were burning but she was not the least bit concerned. Will not be going back. We've been traveling across country since 2 days after Christmas.  I've had my nails done several times during our travels. When I called to see if I needed an appointment I was greeted with the nicest and very humorous gentleman on the phone. He asked when I'd like to come in and I told him. He said "sure come on down". I asked who his best nail tech was as I was in desperate need of some repair. He said "I AM". I asked him who I should ask for when I get there. Stopped in spontaneously for a pedicure with my daughter. It was too close to their posted closing time for my comfort, but we were graciously invited in and not madtoms feel that we were a bother coming in so late. I love this place. I've been a regular for two years. The service is great, very friendly workers, and they take care of you. I usually get gel manicures and pedicures, the color lasts for a very long time and I have not been disappointed. If a mistake has been made, they are more than willing to fix it with no charge. However, I don't recommend getting designs here, but it is so much better than the places they offer at the mall. I recommend coming here, especially if you love getting your nails done. But don't get your upper lip waxed, they tend to wax your upper lip AND your chin. A friend of mine doesn't have any chin hairs, but it aggravated her when she when the worker even went there. Just moved here to las cruces so i was nervous about finding a new salon that did a good job. i tried a place in the mall and was ridiculously disapointed. came here since i live nearby and was very pleased with not only the quality of my nails but the customer service. the nail techs were very friendly, talkative but in a good polite way. the service is really great! I got a pedicure and full set put on. The pedicure was awesome and the lady really took her time and do a great job. The man who did my full set did an excellent job. He took his time and constantly asked me if I liked what he was doing or if I wanted him to change anything. He was very polite and carried on conversations with me.
