I would not even give this place a 1. They used a 'dremel-like' tool on my daughter's natural nail! Needless to say, it popped right through the nail and caused her a considerable amount of pain! It bled and bruised and traumatized her! No infection yet, but be warned! This was our first time there and will never return. Hmmm. Maybe I wasn't clear enough, but I said I wanted three nails filled. My technician peeled off all three, pretty gnarly push and pull. And the nails were recently done so they were stuck on pretty good. (I'm so trusting, I guess. And clueless really.) I don't know if that's ok for my actual nail/bed? Still smarts. I've only been getting these three nails done, for playing guitar and ukulele, for 5 months now. So then my lady keeps buffing all my nails even though I only want three done and slowly understands that I don't want a manicure even tho I said no to that early on. Then she filed still wet.
