Awful experience. Went with a friend to get both our nails done. Mine we poorly done and when I asked To get a bump fixed she rolled her eyes. Upon leaving I was Told my nails were $35 which was $10 more than my friends full set and gel polish she received when I only Received a polish. Never going back. Read Less

I was at the UPS store across the parking lot and needed to get my acrylic nails take off and a polish change on my toes. They were very gentle and left as much length of my natural nail as they could. They have a good selection of polish and gel polish colors. Really happy with this place. Read Less

I used to come to this salon pretty often since I live so close to it, but the last couple of years it seems to have switched owners/employees very often. I went in to get a new set recently and the nail tech rushed through the job as fast as she could, no attention to detail, no double checking the nail lengths or shape. Even though it was mid week and they were not busy at all, still she did a half *** job. I contemplated speaking up and saying something, since the nails did not look appealing, but decided to say nothing, still gave her a tip, but decided to never go back. At least a smile would have been nice.....sigh..... will I ever find a decent nail place in this city?! Read Less

After receiving the worst treatment at a different establishment I went in to get my Novalash lashes done and Debra Hilla was amazing!!!! If she only knew how emotional I was about the disrespect I received at the salon that was doing my Novalash beforehand she would truly know how great she made me feel to come see her. I was able to get a last minute appt with her and she went above and beyond with my lashes. She gave me a look I didn't think Novalash could produce. All al...ong I was paying for something and not getting my money's worth. She knew I had a party that evening so she did a full make over for me complimentary and she was just a pleasure to be around. Regarding; Top Care Nail SaIon on Golf Course Road. I do not comment or rate restaurants  or businesses. This will be a first for me. This involves a health issue and I feel obligated to let others know what I saw today. Today I sat next to a woman who had multiple open sores literally covering her legs, arms and feet. The sores were raw and open, I got a very good look at them as I was seated in the pedicure chair next to her. The manicurist asked this woman what happened to her feet. This woman answered that she'd been moving furniture that day. The nail salon worker did not comment any further and proceeded as usual with the standard pedicure. The nail salon worker did wear gloves during the pedicure. Now this particular salon does a paraffin wax dip for your feet as part of the pedicure. And sure enough the nail salon worker dipped that woman's feet into the vat of paraffin wax. I couldn't believe it !!! That vat of paraffin is not solely used for just her, other customers feet are dipped into that vat too. YUCK !!!  I don't know the cause of this poor womans skin condition and have empathy for her. The nail salon worker should have never dipped that womens sore covered feet into a communal vat of paraffin wax. Needless to say I am shocked and totally grossed out. My pedicure proceeds and my nail salon worker begins to prepare my feet to be put into that same vat of paraffin wax, the same wax that was used for this women with open sores on her feet. By this time the women with open sores is gone. I told my nail salon worker clearly that NO I WILL NOT PUT MY FEET IN THAT WAX !! (I didn't yell, just capitols for emphasize)  I ask my nail salon worker if she saw the other woman's feet ???  The nail salon worker nods yes. I go on to explain, "Did you see that she had sores on her feet? That the sores were open and she had her foot in the wax and NO Way will I put my feet in that same wax. The nail salon worker was not alarmed nor did she seem concerned. Before I left the salon I spoke with the manager and told him what happened. He said he'd take care of it. What exactly the manager will do, I don't know. I have two concerns here, the nail salon worker should never have put that womens ( who had open sores) feet into the communal paraffin wax. My nail salon worker was ready to put my feet into that very same contaminated wax not 5 minutes later knowing and seeing that other customers feet. My nail salon worker was aware of the other pedicure customers sore covered feet, it was a very obvious and remarkably unpleasant sight. I will never go to this salon again. If the nail salon workers did this once they've done it before, I just happen to see it this time. Please beware. Read Less

The employees are friendly and accommodating.  The customer is always right.  The tools are always clean.  I think they could do a better job at cleaning their individual nail stands.  A quick wipe with a Clorox wipe between customers would be nice.  They do great quick work and the pedicure room is so relaxing.
