Don’t waste your time. I went to get acrylics removed and a gel manicure. I was in here for 3 hours and I left with uneven nails, and a manicure looking like a child did them. I was trying to explain why I didn’t like them and all they had was excuses and she fought me on giving me a refund. I hate this place, a waste of time and money. Read Less

Contrary to the majority of reviews, I had a horrible experience here. When I arrived I had dip on my fingers, and rather than soak the dip off, the technician used a mechanical grinder. He broke through my nail bed and hit the skin underneath on multiple nails. Making it bleed. He blamed it on the fact that the dip had "cracked" and there was nothing he could do. I asked him to stop filing multiple times and please soak the dip off. He said that's not how they do it there. I ended up getting shellac and it barely lasted a week. This salon is very clean.  They have liners in the foot tubs.  The staff is easy to understand, an overall chill vibe!  Everyone is professional and want the customer to be happy.  You won't feel pressured to get the deluxe or gel upgrade/upcharge!  Also, this establishment does not try and guilt you into cash only!  They have a wide assortment of colors and their techniques are great! I love this place! I come here for pedicures and it's always so clean! Everyone here does a fantastic job on your nails. They go above and beyond on cleaning your nails. I was a walk in for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. I was warmly and promptly greeted. They were very busy so I did wait, not for very long though.They use liners in the pedicure tub and everything was very clean and sanitary.I asked for the classic pedicure, it was wonderful. It was basic pedicure stuff, trimming, callus  removal etc, but they also include an amazing massage and hot towels on your legs. Even though the place was very busy my nail tech didn't rush one bit. My nails look amazing and my feet are so much softer!After my pedicure I went to the waxing room, my eyebrows were doing quickly and expertly. They look great!I was so impressed overall the work is amazing the employees are kind and very talented. I moved here from Maui Hi about 5 months ago, I had such a HARD TIME finding someone who was as meticulous as I am about my nails! I wasn't used to people using machines on my nails I was used to everything being done by hand. I went from Salon 2 salon and usually left pretty disappointed. Happened to download Yelp and ran across Nail Place.... made an appointment with Tiffany and I was beyond impressed ! she was not only sweetest person I have ran into,&gentle and made me feel so at ease... but she is also a master at her craft ! I've never been here before and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted as soon I walked into the door and put into a chair right away. I got my nails done a couple days ago and I am beyond impressed. I like the location, it's in a nice quiet area and easy to find. I called to make an appointment and the gentleman who answered was very nice and professional. He set me up with Tiffany because I indicated that I wanted nail art. She was great, she quickly removed the set of nails I had on from before and was very fast and detailed and careful with everything she did. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she did way better than in the picture. Last time I had my nails done this detailed and this flawless it took 2 hours, Tiffany took less than 1. I am a cosmetologist myself and it takes a lot to impress me, and she definitely did. I will definitely be coming back here from now on!! Read Less
