Horrible service I walked in stating I was going to get a pedicure and possibly a set of nails as well. They agreed and I waited patiently to get my pedicure as I see they’re busy. Finally half way through I stated I would like to get a set as well and if it was possible. They agree, but then tell me after 20 more mins of letting my toes dry that they can’t help me. Yet there’s two people working on one woman after agreeing to do me next. So upset with the service and kinda feel they just were being lazy and not wanting to help me. I paid for my service and did not tip. I will not be returning back. Plus the dude literally filed my toe nails nearly to the meat of my toe. They didn’t follow complete sanitary precautions nor did they use a new foot scrub on me. Do not choose this place to get services done !

If ever my nails are not exactly how I want, they will go to great lengths to make sure they are perfect and exactly what I want. This is the only shop I will go to for my nails and it's one of the best priced nail salons, I have come to find!

If ever my nails are not exactly how I want, they will go to great lengths to make sure they are perfect and exactly what I want. This is the only shop I will go to for my nails and it's one of the best priced nail salons, I have come to find!

So far, I've been here for waxing and also for a manicure and I have to say I'm a huge fan. Every time I've been, the salon stalls are full of regulars and me as a newcomer, was welcomed right away. Lou did a great job on my neglected nails and made them "purty" again just like I hoped. Their tools are clean, the salon is kitschy and comfortable too! It's just a fine place to get the essentials done. Lovely is lovely to me!

I walked in on a Sunday with no appointment. And I immediately felt like I was black listed because I didnt have an appointment. But I was served within 30 minutes. However, I felt like the walk ins are put into the "walk-in" seats by the door and the appointment people have the seats more secluded. The guy doing my pedicure was great. Detailed oriented, professional and clean. He didnt rush and push me out the door. However, the water kept getting cold in the pedicure tub and when new water was put in it turned cold quickly. The pump would spit water up but not out of the tub.There were a few customers who were pushy and annoying because they had appointments. And because of that they were more demanding. There is only one TV and you cant hear it over the blowdryer of the salon portion of the nail place.

Called several salons on Christmas Eve and decided to visit this salon for the first time. Loved the entire experience! Really appreciated the customer service. David did my nails with so much attention and care. I'm really liking them! He's so knowledgeable about nails, and that was really comforting. You can tell that he and Crystal care for their customers. It's inconveniently located, too far from my house and they don't accept American Express, which was fairly inconvenient for me as I wasn't aware until I arrived.

The lady "Mo" was terribly rude and insulted my nails the entire time she was working on my nails. There was a little girl running around who's mother was nowhere to be found. She kept pushing the buttons on my chair and worse yet touched my wet nails ruining them. I did not have time to get them fixed because I was getting ready for a wedding. I had to go home and repaint my nails. This is by far THE worst salon I've ever been to.

I went to Lovely Nails and Hair today for the first time as a walk in. I was in need of a gel mani. I wasn't in the waiting area long, but I feel like the manicure took a really long time. One person started, and then helped someone who had an appointment(which I can definitely appreciate) while my old polish was being soaked off, then another person did my actual mani. Joe did a fantastic job...very meticulous. I pretty sure my nails have never looked this good...I'm wavering between the 4 and 5 mark because my nails look fabulous, the price was as expected, but I was there for about 1.5 hours for just a mani. It is clear that they have many regulars. I think next time I will make an appointment first.

This is a family owned business and they really treat you with love! You know a good place when they have many "regulars" and they call them by name. I'm happy I found this place. I will be coming here often for mani/pedis, massage, haircuts and anything else they offer! Hope your experience will be as good as mine!

There's a reason why they're never busy.. Let me elaborate. I had on some acrylic nails. My reason for going in was to get them taken off and new ones put on. I let them know what I wanted. Usually when I get acrylic nails taken off they are soaked, to preserve the health of your real nail. When I sat down the man began to tear them off! No soaking, just ripping them off. I asked if they could soak them, they chuckled and replied it would take too long. After that I decided to leave. I ended up at Angels Care for Hair and Nails. They were amazing, beyond amazing.

The decor is nice, and finally a nail salon that doesn't reek of chemicals! I'm a big fan!

I was staying with a friend and needed a mani/pedi. This was in the neighborhood and had good reviews already, so I gave it a try. This is, hands down, the friendliest and most accommodating nail salon that I have ever been too. Prices are in line with other "walk-in" type salons, but their service was far more personal. The other customers were all loyal regulars. They also have full hair salon services too, so I had them dry and style my freshly shampooed hair as well! I wish they were in my neighborhood - I would be in there all the time! I am recommending this place to my Albuquerque friends and will make it a regular stop on my Albuquerque visits. The setting had lots of nice touches and I appreciated the refreshments that were offered. This nail salon offers everything from head to toe! At wonderful prices. I am continuing to see positive results using the products recommended. I look forward to my next visit and would certainly recommend this nail salon. Love this place! Can't wait to come back!!!

My first attempt at a pedicure in ABQ. I just yelp'd a place that was open on Sunday morning & was immediately shown a chair. Clean, inviting atmosphere clearly meant to handle lots of traffic, but today it's slow. I needed a lot of TLC for my feet after a semester teaching in heels! The professionals have a good "bedside manner" & little if any language barriers. I'll be back!

Horrible service I walked in stating I was going to get a pedicure and possibly a set of nails as well. They agreed and I waited patiently to get my pedicure as I see they’re busy. Finally half way through I stated I would like to get a set as well and if it was possible. They agree, but then tell me after 20 more mins of letting my toes dry that they can’t help me. I walked in on a Sunday with no appointment. And I immediately felt like I was black listed because I didnt have an appointment. But I was served within 30 minutes. However, I felt like the walk ins are put into the "walk-in" seats by the door and the appointment people have the seats more secluded. The guy doing my pedicure was great. Detailed oriented, professional and clean. He didnt rush and push me out the door. However, the water kept getting cold in the pedicure tub and when new water was put in it turned cold quickly. The pump would spit water up but not out of the tub.There were a few customers who were pushy and annoying because they had appointments. And because of that they were more demanding. Called several salons on Christmas Eve and decided to visit this salon for the first time. Loved the entire experience! Really appreciated the customer service. David did my nails with so much attention and care. I'm really liking them! He's so knowledgeable about nails, and that was really comforting. You can tell that he and Crystal care for their customers. It's inconveniently located, too far from my house and they don't accept American Express, which was fairly inconvenient for me as I wasn't aware until I arrived.

I went to Lovely Nails and Hair today for the first time as a walk in. I was in need of a gel mani. I wasn't in the waiting area long, but I feel like the manicure took a really long time. Usually when I get acrylic nails taken off they are soaked, to preserve the health of your real nail. When I sat down the man began to tear them off! No soaking, just ripping them off. I asked if they could soak them, they chuckled and replied it would take too long. After that I decided to leave. I ended up at Angels Care for Hair and Nails. They were amazing, beyond amazing.

I was staying with a friend and needed a mani/pedi. This was in the neighborhood and had good reviews already, so I gave it a try. This is, hands down, the friendliest and most accommodating nail salon that I have ever been too. Prices are in line with other "walk-in" type salons, but their service was far more personal. The other customers were all loyal regulars. They also have full hair salon services too, so I had them dry and style my freshly shampooed hair as well! I wish they were in my neighborhood - I would be in there all the time! I am recommending this place to my Albuquerque friends and will make it a regular stop on my Albuquerque visits. $$$$? Not at all... they are completely affordable. Great reasonable prices. Crystal and Van are my favorite stylist to go too... they are professional and out going. They do everything from facials, wax, pedi, mani, hair, wedding parties and even offer salon products.... I love all the unique decorations. I would definitely go again.... don't forget to book an apt with your favorite stylist since they are very popular.

My first attempt at a pedicure in ABQ. I just yelp'd a place that was open on Sunday morning & was immediately shown a chair. Clean, inviting atmosphere clearly meant to handle lots of traffic, but today it's slow. I needed a lot of TLC for my feet after a semester teaching in heels! The professionals have a good "bedside manner" & little if any language barriers. I'll be back!
