Incredibly disappointed by how Robbie treated me. I came in for a cut and color, and after waiting almost an hour, I was told to just get a refund. Lorencos is hands down the best place to go for lashes. The lashes they use are high-quality and so light that you don’t even notice it they are there. The service is also outstanding. I had an issue with a hair color I wasn't happy with, I called in and spoke to the beautiful manager Cindy went above and beyond to make me happy, since than, I now go to Lorenco's for all of my beauty needs. Person name Kurt, He did not doing right what I want,  and did show picture dark brown top and caramel bottom and he just dying is only caramel in full hair and it still show white hair top, charged too much up to $100!  He never told me he was privately business on his owner! Cindy is extremely skilled at microblading and I have sent several people to see her after getting many compliments on my eyebrows. Lorenco's is beautiful! When you first walk in, you'll notice how clean and beautifully decorated it is. Also, they have such a cool light fixture just above the receptionists' counter. Lorenco's offers a ton of services. They even sell really cute clothes and jewelry in addition to styling products. The owner makes the jewelry which I think is really awesome. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I go to Lorenco's for my eyelash extensions. Rebekah has been doing them for almost a year now. I purchased a Groupon, made an appointment with her, and have been a loyal customer ever since. Rebekah is very professional, friendly, and thorough (which is so important with lashes). She is also really flexible which is great as I have a pretty packed schedule. I love getting my lashes done - it saves me a ton of time in the morning because I barely wear any makeup with extensions. Horrible experience with them. I bought a Groupon for eyelash extensions and scheduled about a month out. They rescheduled my appointment three times, which I should have taken as a sign that good things were not coming. Then as I was DRIVING to my appointment, they called me and said they need to reschedule again for the fourth time!!!! They clearly have no respect  for their customers' time. Thankfully, Groupon understood that businesses should not be run like this and gave me a refund. I am happy to not have to deal with Lorenco's again! Read Less

Tiffany was a total magician! I went in with a balayage gone COMPLETELY WRONG, that left my hair orange/yellow like a highlighter. Tiffany was able to correct the color, cut and style it and I left the salon feeling beautiful and confident. Definitely the place to go!! So wonderful here! Read Less

This salon is awesome. They have a ton of hairdressers who are expirienced and totally fun. The salon has been in the same place for years, but has recentlly been remodled and looks rich and fancy. The people are great and the whole salon makes you feel special when your there. Read Less
