I really hate to give a bad review on this place because was hoping to be a repeat customer due to the fact that it is so close to where I live, BUT I have to do what I have to do. I have been to this salon 3 times. The first time I had a good experience. Not great, but good. I entered the salon and got anything but great customer service. The girl who greeted me seemed annoyed by the fact that she had to get up to deal with me. Though, once seated, a very nice girl started on my toes and indulged me in great conversation and even helped me pick out my desired nail shape (I was getting a full set.) Once my toes were done, I got passed on to a different tech and she began on my nails. During this time, she scolded me for saying sorry about something but ii shrugged it off. The second time I went in, the owner took care of me. She did my toes (not helping me very much with my design after i asked) and then started on my nails. Once she was doing my nails, she actually started calling people on her cell phone, barely paying attention to what she was doing. She kept stopping to call random people and take her earbuds in and out. That time was charged $90 because during the whole process she kept pushing gel nails on me over and over again so finally gave in. After taking a second look at my nails i realized that she had done a terrible job, which could have been avoided if she would have been paying attention. This 3rd time, the same girl who had done my nails the first time had me set up to do my toes. I asked for a neutral matte color and was going to leave the creativity up to her but she wouldn't do t. I just wanted a neutral colour and some sparkle or something but she didn't care and was getting annoyed at the fact that i wanted her to pick something out. So I showed her a grey colour and she picked out a color COMPLETELY different from what i had asked for, and kept complanng about the fact that i wanted it matte. Also, the chair i was in, the massage ddnt work. We moved to the nail station and it was awkward due to the tension that i had from her pressure of picking out my polish and design. While here she told me..and ii quote "Your cuticles are dry, you should do something about that." Totally cold. This salon has the worst customer service ever. If I knew had a potential repeat customer, i would treat them a lot better than what i was treated. Never going back. Sorry, you don't get my $100 every two weeks. By the way, you guys need to figure out what MATTE means because you have failed me in that department TWICE now. Matte means NO shine. Read Less
