I came in here to get a manicure today, just a standard, everyday, run of the mill manicure. I was seated quickly, but as soon as I sat, the woman doing my nails made a phone call and sat on her iPhone for a minute before finally greeting me. She somehow found the time between screaming remarks at other employees to ask 3 times throughout the manicure if I wanted gel, to which I said no thank you. Before beginning the polish, she asked again, which I thought was both rude and pushy. At this point, I underwent quite possibly the worst polishing job of all time, with obviously thinned nail polish that streaked because of how much it had been diluted. I somehow had not had enough to send me running, so I followed her to the back to have my eyebrows waxed. She pointed to the table, which was soiled and uncovered. I waited, and after a minute of staring from her to the table and back again (a move I learned from my dog when he wants to be fed), she finally spared a tiny square of table paper (seriously tiny, did not even cover my torso). The wax was sub-par at best, but probably the best part of the experience. I will not be coming back. Read Less
