Had a very disappointing cut and color here. I asked for an experienced stylist- one that specializes in longer hair and 2 color processing. I got a Dutch Boy haircut and large patches where the stylist missed coloring my hair altogether. A train wreck. Yes, one stylist can be untalented, but when I called and specifically asked for someone experienced I should not have been fobbed off on someone totally inept. I got my hair cut a few times years ago and it was ok. But this is about getting my email off their list. I have asked repeatedly to be removed for over two years since I moved out of state. It still hasn't happened. It's illegal to not provide an opt-out to subscription emails, but their emails provide no such option. Probably the most terrible place I have ever been to. The employees are so condescending, I can't wait until Michelle's goes out of business. My hair came out so ugly, and the stylist was an imbecile. She couldn't even understand what I wanted after I fully explained it SEVERAL times and showed her multiple pictures. It wasn't a difficult task! She even had to bring in the owner for help. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I was charged 200.00 for this garbage (a cut and some color). The "stylist" was incredibly rude and the salon assistants washed my hair in ice cold water, very roughly. Next time, stick to Supercuts. Anywhere is better than this dump. Read Less

I have been getting my hair cut here for about 5 years, and I have never been upset at the results. I am a professional actor, and my look needs to remain intact. Words can't express the utmost respect I have for Michelle & Paul Ward & their dedicated professional team. I have been a dedicated patron to their salon for over 10 years. Not once....EVER, have I been disappointed! As a matter of fact, I have always left feeling rejuvenated, uplifted, feeling pretty & sassy when through! My cut & color have always been spot on. My stylist, "Little Michelle," whose personality is larger than life is an artist in her craft. Never, ever do I have to sit in the chair & explain. A simple, "What are we doing today? And, my answer is usually I need a pick me up, do whatever you'd like." When finished, I look up, a smile larger than life comes across my face & I must get up & hug Michelle. She always makes me feel fabulous & leaves me looking like a million bucks! Paul & Michelle are so kind & caring to their patrons, as well as extremely professional. Truly passionate about their business. Loretta is such a special lady with a kind heart & gives a fabulous scalp massage. Everyone from Jill, Suzanne, to Frank & all the other wonderful team members make your experience truly relaxing & fun. You almost don't want to leave. I have never left their salon & have not had at least 10 compliments if not more throughout the day regarding my hair. If you ask me, five stars is hardly enough. They're at least a "10," in my book. I would not recommend this salon. I got a dreadful hair cut and the color was so poorly done that another person had to re do it all over again. I'm waiting for the cut to grow out a bit so that I can go somewhere else and have the damage repaired. I was charged $250.00, it was not worth the trouble. Read Less

My hair was hacked to pieces and the color was so bad that someone else had to re do my hair cut and color all over again. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who needs upscale or sophisticated styling, or two process coloring.
