Went to get my nails done with my two daughters. Store was crowded and they said we could leave a phone number. No one called so I came back to check and see where we were in the line. I was told they could no longer do my nails and they forgot to call us. We wasted a lot of time and we were unable to get our nails done. The gentleman was very aggravated that I felt he should still do our nails and said he was loud because he was tired. This is no way to manage a business especially when a customer leaves their phone number. I would never try to use their services again. Read Less

Went there with my daughter yesterday. The salon wasn't busy, they rushed us to the pedicure chairs without allowing us to pick out our color. They began to rush through the pedicures. My technician asked what color I would like. My response was that I did not have the opportunity to pick one. She then offered to get me a color. I told her no, she insisted and began naming shades, finally I said, "No, I prefer to choose my own." Reluctantly she allowed me to get one. A similar circumstance for my daughter, however the nail technician working on her tried to give my daughter a random color that was on her tray! I have gone here in the past, but have never been so rushed nor experienced the lack of customer care. Truly disappointed, we won't be back. It only takes one bad experience to lose a customer. The lady that was doing my nails was very distracted. She was also not show any care. She repeatedly pushed my hands away. The nail polish was very patchy. My acrylic was bumpy and uneven. I asked for a coffin nail shape and I even showed her a picture on exactly how I wanted them. what she was similar but most of my nails looked nothing like what I ask for. Read Less

I am mixed with Vietnamese but look more Spanish so not a lot of people can tell that I am Asian... but I do speak Vietnamese fluently. I walked in the salon and right off the bat the environment felt hostile and unwelcoming--I needed my feet done badly so I decided to stay. The lady who did my feet said in Vietnamese "how come I always get the dumb clients" when she asked me to move the chair up and I didn't know there was a remote to do that. Then she said to the other techs in Viet that I have really bad feet. I should have left then, but decided to stay cause I really wanted to see if this lady is even good at her job. The whole time they were gossiping and barely talking to their clients. Everyone looked miserable there. She was gossiping so much with other techs that she didn't even realize she scratched the heck out of the top of my feet with a NAIL brush... Where the skin was really sensitive and the bristles were really harsh. I still have a lot of callus on my feet and forgo the polish and stuck with clear. I didn't want to wait to dry there and get talked about more. I paid and left a generous tip and made sure to thank her properly in Vietnamese. The look on her face when she realized I'm Vietnamese was priceless and worth what I tolerated there. Won't be back, not for me. Stopped at this place after work last night to get my nails done for vacation. From my observation, most of the techs are pretty professional. however, the one who took care of me did not do a good job.. I feel like she rushed through the process and did a sloppy job..
