If I could give them zero stars I would. Employees are nasty towards black people and I don't know why. If I'm spending my money everyone should get the same service. I spent $34 for a regular pedicure and she did not remove the skin off of my feet they wanted an additional $10 to remove the skin so In total I spent $44 and I still had skin on my feet . When I asked her to get the skin off of my feet for the third time her reply was " that's enough " needless to say I will be disputing this charge off of my credit card. I got my eyebrows done here because of the location just thinking it was a regular nail place. She just used wax and didn't tweeze or cut them down. The cost was $17 for just eyebrows! Keep in mind this is basically twice of the cost of any other nail place around here for The same if not worse service.. I have no idea why this place is so expensive. She literally used regular wax there was no paper on the table, nothing to suggest this place is any more spa like or hygienic than any other nail place around. I wouldn't go back. Came to get a pedicure with my sister and have a nice relaxing day. Well, things took an interesting turn when the woman giving the pedicure pointed at my face and asked me if I tried proactive. They did a great job on my manicure which was surprisingly "water-less" in that my cuticles were not soaked prior to trimming them.  The polish lasted far longer than other manicures (and wasn't gel).  I did worry about the cleanliness as it was a very busy Saturday morning and I wasn't necessarily "seeing" at that moment how the instruments were maintained (hopeful they were all scrubbed and sanitized between clients).  My nail technician was friendly and worked quickly.  I didn't get a sense of  "repeat" customers as a I often do at other nail salons (possibly j the time of day).  A great and lasting manicure for the price and time spent onsite. NEVER AGAIN.  Like a previous reviewer, my manicurist asked for a tip before completing my nail service.  I paid for my manicure pedicure in cash, and when she returned, she kept the change from my $100.  When I asked for change, she all of a sudden did not understand English.  She continued my manicure, but it could hardly be called a manicure at that point.  She didn't apply any cuticle gel remover, she didn't push back my cuticles, she didn't buff my nails.  She just slapped polish on my nails and walked away.  Blatant racism.  I am mixed, with an Asian mother, but I myself do not appear Asian.  When I returned to Young's with my Asian mother, the manicurists said to me "well why didn't you tell us you are Asian?!" and were shocked when I said "that really should not make a difference in the service I am paying for."  At least they treated my mother well... I visited Young's for the first time on Valentine's Day, and I am so happy to finally have found a great nail salon in the East/West Windsor area. My boyfriend and I went in for pedicures and I also got a gel set. The pedicures were great and relaxing and my nails came out beautiful! Everyone there was also so very friendly and accommodating. I was taken aback a little by the price of the gel set, but I also haven't had them done in such a long time that I don't even know what would be average. I've had a mani-pedi done here only twice, both times by appointment. The first time was a trial run/getting reading for my bridal shower. I always choose a very light color when trying new nail salons, since those are the hardest to apply! It went really well, so I decided to book my mom, sister, and myself in for the day before my wedding.Rehearsal day comes (a Friday), and we three go in for relaxing mani-pedis. I scheduled extra time in case we had to wait, or if anything went wrong, but we were all seen immediately. My sister and I breezed through the pedis, and they were really gentle on my sister, since it was her first pedi. My mom's took a bit longer, so they actually had someone prepping her hands while they finished her toes so she would finish at the same time as us!And finally, my dad decided to join us midway through. I hadn't made him an appointment, but he figured he might as well get his hands cleaned up a bit. He had a lot less to do, of course, but they still squeezed him in and had us all out the door in much less time than I expected.All throughout, great service from absolutely everyone.. I also really appreciate that they always have someone who speaks English very clearly answer the phone. Not all the techs have great English, which is fine, but when I had questions on the phone it was so much easier when I can communicate! Read Less

A really great place! Found this salon on Yelp and was not disappointed at all. I got a manicure and pedicure and my husband got a pedicure. We made an appointment and the staff took us in immediately. They were all so friendly and professional. They did a great job with my nails and my husband has the nicest looking feet around :). The prices are reasonable ($48 for manicure and pedicure combined) and the color selection is the best I've seen in any nailsalon and all Essie and OPI brand (for normal polish at least).Can't wait to go back, I highly recommend this place. First, my experience this: I went in for acrylic nails. Horrible. I have never had such a terrible. It was almost as if it looked like the two week time frame to har them filled was the next day! From the start: $65. Fine. But do a damn good jobSpeaking about me in your own language?! How Rude can you be! If you are going to be that rude, then translate every word so at least I can doubt myself for thinking you were instead of knowing for sure. Putting this crap marble colored nail polish instead of a normal French nail without my consent? My mom had normal nail polish applied and hers looks beautiful so for normal nails, sure. Definitely one of the best, if not the best in the area.  Everyone there is friendly and kind and the manicures/pedicures are good quality.  Although an appointment isn't strictly necessary, they get crazy busy on weekends so you're much better off calling for one. Read Less

My mother and I frequent this establishment every since we moved to the area 10 years ago. Everyone knows us by name and knows us and going there is so relaxing and comforting to be surrounded by people who want to take care of you to the best of their abilities. They are professional and sweet and really make you feel comfortable and at ease. Their massages for the manicures and the pedicures are wonderful.
