Omg, never again am I going to this nail salon !! The lady who assisted me was very rude (dike looking) asking me crazy questions like what did you do your toes/because the nail was short obviously I cut them.too short but aaking me 2-3x it was anboying and embarassing. Then when she was doing my nails i decided to change the color as she was applying it literally half of a nail stroke, all she had to do was wipe it off (It was too much work). Also, I was originally going to get a design but b/c she was saying I change my mind alot and being rude I said forget it and then she said it again "Why do you change your mind so much?" And I flipped. I was like "I'm allowed to change my mind at anytime if i want to no? Do you criticize ppl all the time? Because you are rude and that isn't nice. "You are very rude", I Said. She just looked at me shocked that I even said anything and continued doing my nails and said "no" under her breath and I paid without tipping. Very Very rude and disrespectful salon. They accept Watkins but there is a strong possibility that you will not get services. I will be writing the BBB! It's not acceptable to tell people ... come back... hour! Especially if you were just there 5 days prior. They don't have respect for the community.... refuse to hire receptionist and post signs if you break out it's not our fault. And many many health code violations. Calling them as well! Read Less

Haven't been to Nail Club in a while, but I absolutely love my nails. Winny is somewhat new but will easily be a great addition to the company. Perfect lines and an intricate eye for nail art (I could only imagine what could be done with Swarovski crystals but this time I wanted to keep it a simple French with silver glitter).! Absolutely love my gel Manis when I get my nails done here! This weekend will have been my 3rd visit, & Zoe who does my nails is always gentle but thorough. She buffs off the shine with a file, rather than other places I've been to where I ask them not to use the drill & they try to use it anyway. I was so nervous my first time that I brought my own buffer block (OCD I know), but was immediately relieved when my nail tech said she never uses the drill for gel manicures. She is always sure to cover the ENTIRE nail with base/color/top coat, and cures each layer 2x to ensure that it lasts. I get 14 days out of my gel polish, and my current one is still going strong with no scratches or lifting! The only reason I gave it 4  is because the owner & co-owner aren't as friendly as they could be. Overall good experience! Read Less

So frustrated with my last experience it was just so unpleasant. Had a man do my manicure fill and saw how he interacted with a girl before me so figured I would have a good time. When he barely talked to me he was very rude. He continued to tell me my nails were "very bad" at least 52 times. I asked for a fill not a new set and all of a sudden he's taking off my extensions. He then changed the original price of $15-25 without my opinion or even wanting to get a new set. Instead of asking me to switch hands he would hit the top of my hand. This place is like a sweatshop! Owners are unfriendly, unprofessional and practice terrible business.They gave me an awful infection on my big toe after a pedicure. One in which could only be remedied through a podiatrist who prescribed me an antibiotic for my toe. While being in a rush one day, I stupidly went back for a basic manicure when they put GEL AS A TOP COAT ON MY NAILS! I went home after attempting to dry my nails and could not figure out why everything was sticking to them. After showering and attempting to get ready for a dinner reservation in Rumson, I went back and they had to nearly soak the gel off my nails because they were scared it wouldn't come off! This made me an hour late for the reservation! The owner wasn't there at this time, so I asked if the owner could call me at a different time, which never happened.  I stopped in to tell him what occurred, in which he replied, "We didn't charge you for the second manicure and we fixed the first. I'm sorry but you still should be charged for the manicure." A $12.00 MANICURE !!! I had gone there weekly before the pedicure incident for over a year and they wouldn't make good on a manicure or a pedicure that they destroyed completely!!I WOULD NEVER GO THERE.
