The best attention given to pedicures and manicures. The treatments make your hands and feet feel amazing. Eyebrow waxing is done with hard wax so it is gentle on your skin. The eyelash extensions are done with care and look so glamorous. Quality products are used. I came to thus salon because it's right across from where I live & ive been here two times. The Chinese woman with red lipstick & short black hair, who seems to be the owner, has horrible customer service skills. I asked about the $20 mani & pedí special & she said "its $25 here, if you want $20 go to Bergenline". I asked this because someone told me that they were having a $20 special. Such a rude way to answer a customer! How do they expect to attract customers this way? Then I asked to go where the bathroom is & she looked at me up & down & mumbled pointing to the back. Third, after I was finished drying my nails,as I was approaching the manicurist, the Chinese woman interrupts me & tells me to tip the manicurists...how dare she demand me to tip! I was going to that anyways which is why I approached her in the first place! Horrible customer service...now I understand why it's not as busy as those salons on Bergenline. Also, there's only a few options to choose from of nail polish colors which is why I took my own. This place has so much potential because of the location it's on & near a middle class community! If you want perfection, this is the place to go to! All of them in there do a great job! If you go after 10 days also and have them fix it, they do it with a smile and do mot charge for it. I honestly went in here because Just In Nail wouldn't take me. Place was dirty and very offputting. I asked for a mani/pedi. The water in the pedicure bath was so lukewarm it was almost cold. The pedicurist could not care less, she was very lackadaisical about her work. They did my manicure while I was sitting in the pedicure chair which to me felt rushed and uncomfortable. After the manicurist shaped and filed my nails, she rather rudely said "pay now." Paying before the service is finished always bothers me. Overall the experience wasn't great, the salon was dirty and lacked polish, the technicians were rude and need a customer service lesson. Won't be coming back. Read Less

This place is by far my favourite salon to go to! All the ladies here are so lovely and attentive to detail, they take the time to do a good job, and also give a great massage! They are never rude or make you feel uncomfortable like other places I've been to. First time I went here was in the morning - I got a mani and pedi.  They did a good job, especially Sunny she does a great manicure!Second time I went here was after work and it took over two hours to get a mani and pedi!! The woman doing my pedi stopped midway through.. didn't say anything ... I sat there for about 20 minutes until someone else came through to finish it.  I waited another 1/2 hour before someone was able to do my manicure.  Overall, they do a good job just be prepared to wait. I went there because it was open, and close to where i live.I asked for a full set of gel. i was there for two hours, they charged me $65, which would be fine for a full set. Upon walking in, my first thought was "how filthy and old school" but I decided to give it a try since it's so close to my apartment. How bad could a regular mani be? Wrong. It's been several months since I've been here but I'm finally coming around to write a review. I'm still bitter at the fact that one of the employees carelessly dropped my phone while bringing it over to the drying station in which the screen shattered into pieces. She was apologetic but she didn't offer to compensate in any way.They really need to re-vamp this place or maybe their thought process in satisfying customers...If you're looking for a salon in the area go to Just In Nail Studio just a couple of blocks away- super clean and gets the job done right! Today is the 3rd time in 3 weeks I came back to Organique. IBX nail treatment that they offer is heaven sent!!!! My nails had been so damaged from the other salon machine filing my nails so much. Now, I became regular customer at Park Ave Nail Salon whenever I am staying in NJ. I would like to recommend and share some of my experience here.This salon may not be the most cleanest nor stylish salon compared to others. However, the service quality that you get here is even more than the price you pay. Their rate is much cheaper than any other salons around the area. Also, if you compare with salons in the city where they have done messy work on your nails and charge double/triple of the prices, this place is definitely worth of the price! I am always getting my nails done by Yuni and I am satisfied and happy. I just love her work! She has been doing great job on my nails and very friendly. She does not speak English fluently, but she tried to talk to customers to make sure she knows customers' wants. You get to customize and style your nails. I would definitely continue to go back and get my nails done!Compared to the price that you pay and the quality of services that you get, it is recommended nail salon around the area. Read Less

I can understand an adult coming in but How do i tell my god daughter we have to cross the street when she is in training and is able to let me know she needs to go. This isnt a way to get people to come in especially with a 3 yr old. Sadly she wet herself and we had to buy new shorts and panties at the local store. 1: They destroyed my nails by taking gels off with a motorized file. My nails are paper thin and cracked halfway down the beds. They've been that way since they took the polish off a month ago.2. They're over priced.3. The owner does a terrible job, and the second round of gels I got (after they buzzed my nails into nothing) cracked off in three days.4. They're over priced.5. I moved from DC a few months ago and was looking for a new nail place to go to for my weekly manicures. I happened to drive past this place, it looked newer and nice so I went in. I was a little thrown off because it wasn't very crowded and it was so quiet inside- one girl was getting a pedicure and another waiting. From what I could see, it was two technicians who never even bothered to look up to see what I needed. I had to approach one and ask for help. Strike 1. Then the owner came out from the back, this Asian woman. She was trying to be funny with her customer and was making these rather weird noises. Unprofessional much? Strike 2. This woman barely greeted me and said "pick your color." I waited about 15 minutes (without an appt) then one of the technicians did my nails. She was really good and I liked her work, tipped her well, and told her I'd be a regular for her. The following week, I figured I'd call in advance to make an appt so I could just go right from work and be home within a reasonable amount of time. So, I called and made an appt. The owner answered, I requested an appt with the girl, by name and she said "okay, come in 30 minutes." I get there, walk in and again no one speaks to me. The owner comes out and I told her I had just called and she acknowledged. In the meantime, I eyeballed the technican who I made an appointment with and she had someone with her at her table and appeared to have just started taking this woman's nail polish off. I thought, okay I'll wait 5 minutes or so and I'm sure she'll be taking me. Nope.  5, 10, 15, 20 minutes and nothing. Not to mention the owner is sitting right near me working on another lady's nails and doesn't bother to say a word to me. So I get up and go over to ask politely. As I am talking to her, she doesn't even have the nerve to look at me but keeps working at her customer's cuticle beds. Strike 3.  She never even acknowledged that I was standing in front of her speaking! I actually had to say, "um, hello, excuse me? Do you hear me?" she continued to ignore. Then she says, "well this is my salon and we don't take appointments." WTF?!?!?!  Couldn't she have told me that on the phone when I called to MAKE the appointment? Or how about when I walked in and said "I called for an appointment." Then I got angry and let the bitch have it. And I KNOW she speaks English because I heard her speaking before! I was freaking livid and I stormed out of there telling her I cannot believe she runs her business this way and I would tell all my friends. Good luck to her, the way she's going she'll be bankrupt before she can blink an eye. 0 stars for that place aside from the poor technician who should apply to another salon and make more $! Read Less
