Best nail salon in town. Lisa and Barbara are so sweet and friendly, and greet you so warmly when you walk in. From the first time I came here, I've always felt so comfortable and at home. The salon is very clean and beautiful too. Lisa does a perfect job with my pink and white nails. They look so natural and are very durable.  Best pink and white nail job I've ever gotten. Only downfall is that they aren't open on Sundays and close at 7:30 during the week, so by the time I get home from work in the city Monday-Friday, it is too late to come. I got a pedicure less than 24 hours ago and the polish just smudged. Probably diluted with too much acetone. Very disappointing considering a pedicure is $19.Also, I called in advance to make an appointment for two people; I still had to wait 20 minutes and ended up having one technician go back and forth between me and my friend. She was clearly rushing between balancing us and other customers. It was not entirely her fault. If someone had told me there was no room, I would have just come at a different time instead of paying for a horrible job.Rose Nails on Hamburg Turnpike is much more attentive and detail-oriented for a better price. My daughter goes there and each time her nails lift up within a week, sometimes less. The last time she went I brought her back after 3 days, they fixed the lifting nail which started lifting right back up again. I just took her there today to get a refill and they wanted to charge me the price for a broken nail for each nail that had started lifting!!! I told them she had just been there to get them done and she argued with me trying to defend them. I came and picked my daughter up before they could do anything else after my daughter text me that they were charging $85 for a refill! I go to Blooming Nails and never have a problem but take my daughter there for convenience but never again! She didn't even try to come down on the price, she was like ok, just go. This is a cute, clean, friendly salon with a great atmosphere! (Be careful not to get it confused with the other nail salons with "Wayne" in the name.) This one has Barbara Cha as the owner, and she is the most genuinely sweet and warm person you will ever meet. I love getting pedicures here especially the one where they scrape all the dead skin off your heels! I love this salon! Barbara (the owner) is super sweet and makes you feel very welcome, like you are a special guest in her home. I visit Wayne once in a while for holidays, and this is the salon to stop by!I recently got the Green Tea Spa Pedicure with callous removal-- my very dry, rough heels were nice and soft, and the experience was so relaxing. I've been going to Wayne Nails 10 plus years...... I have never had a bad experience..... the place is always clean and customer service is very important to them.....they. always make me  feel they're glad I'm there and that they appreciate me....... and most important they do a very good job, my nails are always growing fast which is a sign of healthy nails..... they also do excellent eyebrow waxing, I have gone to waxing places, and high-end hair salons that do waxing, and I have to say....my eyebrows have never looked this good until I start letting Wayne  Nails wax my eyebrows....... I've only had the  technician Lisa do my eyebrows..... and I am always amazed at how beautiful they look...... you don't need a high end expensive waxing place to get great eyebrows! Read Less

Hard to give one star to a local business who's been there for 20 years so I go with two stars. They've updated their drying station to be more up to date. The rest of the salon needs updating. Color gel mani pricing is still out of line with what other salons in town charge. $35 is too high for a non-luxury salon in Wayne. My biggest hang-up here is that I paid quite a bit extra for a spa pedi on a quiet day (I don't even think there was one other customer in the salon, maybe one on her way out) and she did my spa Ped in 1/2 hour. No need to rush me like that but WORSE, I was left with rough skin and the tech wouldn't fix it after I politely pointed it out. She told me to go home and put Vaseline on it......buh bye. Went here after my usual salon was to busy. My mother had a pedicure done & had a really bad experience. The women cut her nails sooo short that it looked painful & horrible. She didn't even ask my mom if she wanted them cut like most salons do. My nails came out ok but so thick. I went based on the positive reviews but I'm sad to say my experience at this salon was not good at all! The women at the salon are friendly but they try to upsell you so much. I had been going to a nearby salon for a while, and had been continuously disappointed. I am so glad that i decided to try Wayne Nails because I left very happy! The staff took the time to introduce themselves and learn my name. I got a manicure and pedicure, both of which came out great. The technicians clearly took their time, and made sure that I was satisfied. The other customers were also very happy; the staff knew them by name and it was clear the salon has a regular following.
