This was my first and last visit .I was waiting for the owner to acknowledge me ,she barely did then she assigned me a technician which didn’t even introduce herself or ask me what my name was . She just told me have a seat started doing my feet and then she cut my toe didn’t feel sorry at all !!! Scrubbed the back of my heal so hard that I told her to stop .This place needs better help !!!! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had .I would never go back again don’t be don’t be tricked by how nice it looks because they have a new chandelier the service is terrible . Update, taking away a star,  the polish didnt last on two toes no longer then,  4 days,  never had that happen.  Staff was very nice,  I liked my service but what they allow u to see exposed  pipes,  holes  in wall and furniture dingy always makes u wonder  what is behind the scenes .  I would not go back. I stopped here for the first time after work one day to get a gel manicure. The interior design is a bit tacky. I did not like the way my nails were prepped prior to the manicure; the technician ripped my cuticles which hurt a bit. The gel polish itself was done nicely, it is opaque for being such a light color I got. After my nails dried I was disappointed to NOT receive a quick back massage as is done in many other salons I go to. They also did not put lotion on my hands, hot towel, cuticle oil etc or massage them. Maybe it's me but I thought that was part of every service, manicure or pedicure. I've only gotten my eye brows waxed here so I can't rate how well they do nails, but I highly recommend Debbie if you need your eye brows waxed.  She takes her time  which I really like, especially when it comes to trimming them.  There may be a wait if you ask for her as she tends to be very popular. And for $6, you really can't go wrong! (FYI: cash tips only.  And credit card min is $14, which I think is kind of a random amount. Those are the only 2 downfalls to this place in my opinion.) AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! after walking out of Perfection Nails (due to insane wait time) I decided to go here.  Huge mistake! I was quickly taken which was a refreshing change.  The male nail tech was quiet and nice.  I noticed he was a bit nervous but my concerns started with the acrylic application.  His technique was common. However, it was sloppy, too thick and he kept looking over them as if he was not sure of himself.  The white airbrush application for a French was disasterous! .  I was ready to get up and leave.  He finally applied the gel and the airbrush looked somewhat better.   After getting home I really noticed the horrendous and sloppy mistakes.  Today is Thursday.  Six days later, I have three nails with chipped gel. I disagree with the 1 other review about the cleanliness. It's pretty clean. I used to come here all throughout high school many years ago and then I went all natural. For my birthday last week, I decided to get a gel manicure. They have many gel colors and gel glitters you can choose from. The manicure came out pretty decent. Some of my nails had bumps and grooves and my friends said it's a sign of a bad manicure. I also didn't like that she put 4 coats.. it just started to look so thick. The reason I'm reviewing is because they started chipping within two days which defeats the purpose of a gel mani.I went back and they fixed it for me but there was no apology, no welcoming feeling, she even told me to go get the bucket of colors swatches myself... that made me mad but I was in a good mood so I kept my cool.. I'm sorry honey that's your job, you're already standing, you get up and do it yourself and then You Find The Matching Color, I don't have that kind of time seriously.  Anyway, she did fix it.. 2 out of my 4 broken nails look really good now while the other two look like it has waves in them. They didn't charge me which was great and I gave her a $6 dollar tip but it doesn't hurt to be gracious, apologetic and appreciative of someone's business. This place is filthy disgusting. I am truly surprised the Board of Health hasn't closed it down. I don't even think they sterilize the equipment. After sitting for 15 minutes and watching what the technicians were doing I left. Do not go to this nail salon. Health hazard!! I gave it one star only because I had to to post the review. Read Less

never again! they had no product knowledge, screwed up my nails horribly and had me leave with smudges they left from putting on the clear coat. everything was done at half effort and the entire staff was screaming across the salon back and forth the whole time. not a good experience at all!!!
