I'd rate this place a zero if I could. I got my nails done a few days ago and I had to cut and redo them immediately. I paid for a full acrylic set with gel polish and chrome powder, costing $53. Well everything started out ok, until i asked for my thumb nail to be filed more even and after two attempts, it was still uneven. From there things got worse. The woman put black gel polish as a base coat to gold chrome powder, so Black was showing through. No good. On top of that I had lumps and bumps all throughout the full set and the chrome showed it all. I made sure to explain that there was going to be "no tip" due to all of the bumps. I was already being charged $53 for the worst nail job EVER. Ps. I've been getting my nails done, on and off, for 20 years. I will never return to this place and I see why they have a bad rating. Prices are ok. Staff is friendly. But waiting here is a nightmare. There are only two people ever working at a time. While you wait, there is a constant hum from the neon sign that hangs in the window. No music. However they do great work here. Just need more people working. Not to mention the guy gets up to smoke while doing a clients nails. Comes back in and smells like smoke. Not good business. Who leaves their client to smoke cigarettes? That's crazy. Went here for the first time a few days before St. Pattys to try it out, and was pleasantly surprised! I read the reviews for this place and almost didnt go, but decided I'd try it myself anyway. Firstly, their service was WONDERFUL. The older gentleman filed, applied, and shaped my nails, while the woman colored and designed mine. (I had asked for styletto nails green with a crystalline design and gel color). The attention to detail was a nice treat compared to where I used to go down the street (nails by Diana) which was AWFUL with customer service, I felt like a number there and 9 times out of 10 didnt walk out with what I'd asked for, as well as sat there for almost 2 hours a pop because theyd take way too many people at once so theyd be doing my nails along with at least 2 other peoples nails at the same time! They dont have tv's here, and it isnt a spa, but it is clean and very relaxing. The people running it are very accommodating and friendly, and I will absolutely be going here from now on. Read Less

They don't even deserve 1 star!  Went in for pedicure & pink /white fill with  a cut down of my nails.  Lady did the pedicure all while talking on her cell phone extremely loud  in whatever language she speaks.  I was on a business call  when she answered her phone forcing me to get off mine.  When I got done with the pedicure which looks awful I told her I was leaving.  Paid for the job & no tip.  They both proceeded to be angry & saying stuff to me in their language because I didn't give more than my bill.  Do not use this awful place!  I only went here because I was tired & didn't feel like driving the 15 minutes to my regular salon.  Next time tired or not I'll drive so I can have a professional job done instead of the half job I got! DO NOT GO HERE!! I get pink/white gel acrylic and the salon I typically go to had no appointments. This place was local and right on their door was written "GEL & ACRYLIC." I called and got an appointment for 6pm and walked in to two people working - an older guy and a girl who was doing a pedicure. The place is so gross, it's all white with NO TV, no music, it's just awkward silence. Anyway, I asked for a pink/white fill and the guy literally went to a basement to get a UV light and the white gel. Fast forward to 7pm and he could not get the white to dry and everytime he went to file it, it chipped and he started over. The white he did do was incredibly crooked and you could tell they don't typically do this. Anyway he basically gave up at 7:15 and I walked out with NO pink, and jagged white - they charged me nothing and just were like, eh, sorry, deal with it. Read Less
