I have been their client for 15 years and I must say that this salon is the best in South Jersey. The customer service is amazing. They have coffee , water fruit and tea that the staff serve what you like and gives it to you while you wait for any of their services. They have a SPA in the second floor as well , in one visit you can have your hair done, manicure and pedicure and massages and more . It is high end Salon and the quality of their work is unbelievable. You must know that all these amenities are great but their services are expensive and that is very honest but if you want your hair to look amazing and flawless Rizzieri will deliver! I absolutely love this salon! Everything from the people to the beautiful space is wonderful. I called Rizzieri when I had a huge issue with getting my hair done the night before, they got me right in for a consultation with Mandi and she was able to not only fix the color and uneven cut but gave me something that I loved and felt confident with! Terrible customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor allowing you to spend your money. Walk in and the woman says can I help you, sure here for a haircut, she replies not today only by appointment. I say yes we have one oh ok wait here. She then sends a girl over. Bottom line the stylist was nice and competent the owner/ manager was trash. When I gave her a tip(the stylist) the older woman working gave a dirty look like I should have had that customer. I received a gift card from Rizzieri Salon and wasn't sure what service or location I'd pick. The need for an eyebrow waxing and proximity to the AC Expressway led me to the Washington Township location. It's really close to both the expressway and 42. It's located inside of Virtua, which makes the GPS directions a little confusing. I had to drive around the parking lot and ended up asking the security guard.They make appointments and also accept walk-in. I stopped by as a walk-in and was taken almost immediately. The salon was very clean, bright and modern. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. Lisa was great. Before starting, she asked me exactly what I wanted done. The waxing was done in a chair (versus laying down on a table), and it was as quick and painless as an eyebrow waxing could be. Before I knew it, the service was over and it was exactly what I wanted.  Pro-tip: your first service at Rizzieri is 20% off. It made this market-price service very inexpensive. They have an ATM onsite if you don't have cash for tips.I was very happy with my experience and see myself popping in on the way down the shore in the future. Read Less

I went in for a hair color & trim. Salon looked & smelled nice. No mirrors in front of you until last step. Stylist was distracted, my timer went off she was no where around & she came back about 10-15 mins after. She didn't like the color I picked out, oh you don't want that, & apparently she went with the color she wanted for me. I was furious when I saw my hair after washing. She barely did any trimming to my hair. $160 (with a so called upset customer discount) for a crappy hair color & trim.
