Love this place! The owners are so nice. The service is on point and everyone there is so friendly. Just moved here almost a year ago and I've been shopping around to different nail salons and since I came here I won't go anywhere else. I am a loyal customer. Frequented my last salon for over 10 years before I moved. So when I find a good place I don't go anywhere else. Read Less

Terrible!! Just terrible! The one male that was there who I believe is the owner was very pleasant and hospitable so I hate to leave a poor review but the nail tech I saw was awful, lazy, didn't speak English and cut corners on my nails at every turn! I went in for a fill in and I had a perfect coffin shaped nail and told her I wanted the same exact shape and needless to say my nails are all different shapes, sloppy gel polish that I had to ask to be removed from my skin and little holes in my nails that appeared as little black spots when she put the dark red polish on. I tried to tell her that putting on 7 coats of polish was not going to get rid of the dark spots because the gel had little holes that were taking in all the pigment but she insisted until I told her to take it off and file them which started her attitude. I made the mistake of telling my boyfriend to get his eyebrows waxed for the first time by her and he ended up with a nick in his eyebrows! I can't put down the place itself or the other techs but stay away from the older woman who speaks no English.. Just plain lazy and satisfied with less than acceptable work! Read Less

Well, what can I say besides the fact that I love it. I am an out of stater, so coming here I had a great experience. My sister lives in the area so we both went in. Came in for tips and gel colors. There was a wait being that it was late Sunday afternoon, I didn't mind. The owner I believe kept offering his apologies for the wait and offered small water bottles. Made you feel comfortable. So time came for my nails. Pretty quick and efficient and i loved the outcome. Whenever I'm in the area which happens to be frequent, Natural Nails is my go to bail salon :) Read Less
