Arrived at 12:50 for my 1:00 appointment and they placed me in the pedicure chair and I didn’t get seen until 2:00!!! I sat there for a full hour without any apologizes, or WHEN I would get my pedicure. I made a pretend phone call at 1:35 and asked how long for a pedicure and they said to come now! I said I’m already waiting in the chair! they all just laughed at me in another language (the entire staff was laughing) and I didn’t find it funny!! I went to the same nail guy for over 10 years, and if he moved, I followed him- he understood how picky I am but was the best. He finally moved too far away and after 10 years of having pink and white acrylics- I removed the overlays to reveal weak, brittle nails. I was so scared to go somewhere, to someone new-who would think I ask for perfection with all my standards and being so picky, that I would scare her with all my specific details. That's until I visited MINT NAILS. MINT NAILS in Washington Township handled my BIG personality with ease and humor. Lee is the girl who did such an amazing job, you need to ask for her! i’m sorry, i love don and he does a beautiful job on my nails when he does them, but i seem to get stuck with amina every other time and she continues to mess up my nails every single time. and she did my eyebrows today, this was my first time having me brows done at this particular salon, and what a hack job. the front of my brows are ruined, now i have to let them completely grow out before i can go back to a different salon and have them done somewhere else because i’ll never have my brows done here again... I made an appt on a Friday for 5:00. I arrived to the salon 15 minutes before my appointment and still had to wait till 5:25 before I was seen with no apology or anything. After finishing my pedicure I sat down for my refil, the guy doing my nails left twice while doing my nails to go to the back and then when I came back from washing my hands he disappeared. After waiting 5 minutes for him to come back and finish my nails I noticed he was doing another customers nails.. I then got up and wanted to leave and they then told me I had to pay for my nails even though they weren't half way done. While I expressed my frustration about being seen late they claimed they don't take appointments on fridays while 2 other customers seated in the waiting room said they had appointments as well. TERRIBLE customer service here. After everything i did not receive one apology for being taken late or for the person doing my nails leaving me to start someone else. I came here with my boyfriend for a Citrus Scrub Pedicure and we loved it! There are so many colors to pick from and the atmosphere makes you feel welcomed. The workers are very nice and take their time and value the service you're getting. I loved it overall. Read Less

This nail salon is wonderful!  It's been opened for a week. It's super clean, the staff is extremely helpful and nice. They have a great choice of colors. They didn't rush, they took their time and were extremely precise. I've gone to a lot of nail salons in twp and so far these guys are top notch! If you go in the afternoon at the nail bar they serve wine!!  Double winning in my book! Plus new customers get 20% off everything!!  Go and pamper yourself! Read Less
