The BEST nail salon I've ever been to! As both a licensed professional and a consumer Brushed has continuously been the best in my book since my first visit with them. I personally see Monique (who is fabulous!!!) but the entire staff is wonderful. Everyone always greets you with a smile, is incredibly nice, calls you by name, and treats you as family. Got a pedicure and a gel manicure for my graduation and they both came out perfect! My gel manicure lasted 15 days before any chipping/peeling began, and my pedicure is still going strong nearly a month later. I know someone who went here to get lashes done, got an eye infection within two days of visit. Called to let them know and was told they would need to come in for a refund to see the infection. Normally not an issue, but the customer explained they were currently across the state for work and wouldn't be back until Friday.. She could send pictures or facetime them and was told basically too bad. Pretty poor customer service.. Read Less

It’s a shame I’ll never come here again because the pedicure was probably the best one I’ve ever had. However, the workers cared more about gossiping with each other than paying any attention to the customer. Idk how many times the lady doing my nails stopped to text. I've been coming here since February and I just love coming here!! The ladies are phenomenal you can go to anyone of them and you won't be disappointed. The shop is so beautiful and clean and the staff is so friendly and professional. I've even brought my 8 year old daughter for her first manicure and pedicure a few weeks ago.. let's just say that the staff was so great with her that she is hooked and wants to come every two weeks with me. Just love the ladies and the posh style at Brushed. Such sincere genuine people. The service is amazing and this place could not be cleaner. That said, as much as it is a treat to get your nails done, waxed, tanned or whatever your pleasure, the real joy is visiting with these amazing and genuine ladies.
